Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) — a.k.a. “Lyin’ Ted” — was spotted visiting Trump Tower on Tuesday...
A Cruz spokeswoman released a statement about the visit.
She said Cruz, who ultimately backed Trump, was there visiting with President-elect Donald Trump to help him achieve his goal: to “drain the swamp...”

No. I won’t trust Cruz past a Trump administration. Trump may keep him on a leash during his term(s), but don’t give Cruz 40 years on the SC. Maybe AG, or something else.

I agree with your comment. I do see how the Senat could pass Cruz into a SC position due to his hatred of Trump, just to screw over Trump.
I find it hard to believe Cruz would be AG, because Cruz would be just as likely to investigate Trump.

There is still power and prestige in being one of the Supremes. I’m not totally against Cruz going there. If he’s worried about money, he has his Gold Mansack’s wife. It’s that connection that worries me.
