You know the big stuff already: Donald Trump won the presidency, defeating Hillary Clinton by bursting through her leaky blue firewall....
Meanwhile, here are three lower-profile results that are worth noting:
(1) Oregon's Democratic Secretary of State went down to defeat, marking the first GOP victory in a statewide election in 14 years. More significantly, the loser of this race was known to many as the infamous bully who led the charge to fine a Christian-owned bakery $144,000 for declining to provide services to a same-sex wedding...
(2) In Colorado, voters absolutely demolished a ballot initiative to create a government-run, single-payer healthcare system for the state. Nearly 80 percent of Coloradans cast ballots against the measure, with barely one-in-five voting 'yes.' Every single county in the state voted against the idea, including liberal Denver County, where two-thirds of residents rejected it....
(3) For all of the attention paid to odious white supremacist David Duke throughout this campaign cycle, his US Senate run in Louisiana ended in abject, deserved embarrassment. The state's conservative electorate relegated Duke to a seventh-place finish, delivering him a rounding-error pittance of votes...

I always said I did not think there were more than a few hundred actual KKK members still existing in this country.

Great news! Thanks for posting!
A few hundred real KKK and 6,000 FBI infiltrators.
.
We usually just call them unidentified Democrats.
.
The pendulum has done swung.
Probably less if you take out the FBI, CIA, BATF, DEA, DHS undercover agents.
Took news on the Oregon SOS.
Here’s another one (also mentioned by Rush). Connecticut now is 30-30 in the state senate, due more to disgust with MAllow than Obama. Meriden/Middletown voted in a conservative stalwart, Len Suzio to make the tie.
Colorado went with Hillary, but in Southern Colorado they were less democrat than usual. I still think driving a wedge between blue collar dems in the south and Boulder progressives can tip the state.
I was reading on FR about this (so you know it's gospel)....
Apparently, the plan was for Hillary! to win the presidency and Brad Avakian to win Oregon's SoS race. Then, Kate Brown - current Gov of Oregon - was to take a position in the Clinton administration, freeing up Avakian to move into the Governor's slot.
I'm likely oversimplifying, but it sounded to me like Oregon dodged a major bullet with this one. A crusading zealot like him, in a position of real power? Disturbing.
Million of them, except they are now black and the lynch mobs are killing whites.
That healthcare bill in Colorado was so bad, I didn’t even have to work hard on my Liberal friends to convince them not to vote for it.
The taxes are incredible:
6.67% on total payroll from all employers
3.33% on individual payroll from all employers
10% on employer net income
10% on employee net income
They wanted to setup an interim board of governance within 30 days of passage of the bill who’s sole job is to elect a regular board of trustees who will actually run the system. They have 3 years to schedule elections of the actual board of trustees.
During that 3 years, they will ALREADY be collecting taxes at:
0.6% on total payroll from all employers
0.3% on individual payroll from all employers
0.9% on employer net income
0.9% on employee net income
Voting on changes to colorado care would have been SEPARATE from regular legislative vote sessions and rules. In otherwords, completely separate election cycle and rules for the board of trustees and any legislation of how it works AND THE TAXES.
The ONLY requirement for voting on changes to Colorado care would be showing that you have lived in Colorado for a year. They don’t say how you show that.. You could claim to be living with a friend. This mean anyone, illegals, out-of-state people, foreigners could vote on Tax increases and Colorado care service changes.
Colorado care allows for Employers to pay the Employee’s share of the taxes levied.
So here is the dilemma that wasn’t covered.
If I drop my insurance (I don’t want to pay double), what happens if I need to go to the hospital while out of state? All the booklet says is you will be covered.. But the actual law as written makes ZERO mention of how that would work.
Companies that employ people across state lines would be forced to either allow employees to drop insurance, thus reduce the number of people on group plans and increase the plan costs for everyone else.. Or force everyone working or payed within the state of Colorado to completely drop their insurance plans.
This was.. The most horrible bill next to the ACA. At least it was only like 11 pages long.

CT is a lost cause. I’m hoping for enough rain to wash the stench out.

Now let’s see the FBI do the same to BLM, Soros, and the MudSlimes.
