What is the governmental process to get rid of the regulations once EPA implements them?

He said don’t put any governors in these cabinet positions.
He sited EPA Whitman feuding with Bush publicly during his administration.
Trump should get on the pone wih them and tell them to knock it off... because he will rescind them all anyway and fire partisan hacks.
EPA is great, we need them. 50 of them. We don’t need 51, so we can get rid of one - the federal version.
The states EPA’s can carry on, as per their state’s desire.
