What is the governmental process to get rid of the regulations once EPA implements them?

Get rid of the EPA, and nobody home to enforce any of it.

I’m still trying to figure out why bureaucrats are allowed to write laws.

Write them out. They aren’t law.

What a waste of time.

Say goodbye to the useful idiots. Their day in the sun is ending except they will be back with scores of lawsuits.

Several strokes, maybe only one, of the President’s pen would take care of the regulations. And action by Congress to castrate the agency would close the door behind them. Then transfer any hired after 1992 to one every mile or so pollution monitoring tent stations along the coast of the Bering Sea. Or they can resign and forfeit accumulated government benefits. I’d be nice and give them the choice.

Pretty simple. Propose new regulations, publish them in the Federal register, ask for comments for a statutory period of time, then implement the revised regulations. No input from Congress. Totally under the president's control.

As I understand it: The new agency heads propose changes and ram them through. Those changes can be reversals.

There's also the "guidance" to the agencies which comes from the top. For example, ICE has its own rules and regulations, but Obama has told people not to enforce them.

Eliminate the EPA. Let the states assume control of this nonsense. Eliminate it entirely.

Put Sarah Palin in charge of the EPA with the mission to have the agency dismantled and decommissioned within 4 years.

From the desk of the President of the United States

EPA regulation numbers 123.24.25.126 - 1,000,0000,000 are herby rescinded and of no effect.

D.J. Trump

President

That is how you do it. Regulations are actions of the executive and the President is the chief executive.

These fiat regulations are easily overturned by the Executive, and even by the new head of the EPA, if it survives.
