Myron Ebell, director of the Center for Energy and Environment at the conservative Competitive Enterprise Institute, is spearheading Trumps transition plans for EPA, the sources said.

Ebell appears to relish criticism from the left. In a biography submitted when he testified before Congress, he listed among his recognitions that he had been featured in a Greenpeace Field Guide to Climate Criminals, dubbed a misleader on global warming by Rolling Stone and was the subject of a motion to censure in the British House of Commons after Ebell criticized the United Kingdoms chief scientific adviser for his views on global warming.

“Ahead” of what we would have had with Hillary??? Are you kidding? What we would have had with Hillary would have been PURE HORROR!
He’s not even in office and he’s coming out swinging!
At long last: a fighter!
The global warming religion is almost as dangerous as Islam, glad to see that Trump will not be tolerating its presence in government.
Good call. Go to his new website and suggest that. That needs to happen.
Wise counsel. But the signs are good so far!
It feels good to have our side making the big, bold decisions. Nice!
This post by grey_whiskers really good and should be forwarded to Trump team to stop voter fraud

And change the immigration laws so that they don't outnumber us next election.
Now THAT is a smart move. If Trump were to shut down EPA, some of the reasonable pieces could be rolled into Interior for Sarah’s dept. to manage.
LOL. The Liberal Party is on the brink of total collapse.
Life is good since Donald Trump won the election... it’s like he’s giving us gifts every day. The Untied States will slowly start moving in the right direction... getting on the right track.
We’re gonna need way more popcorn!
He’s not gonna just drain the swamp...he’s gonna spike all the gators, too.
It just needs to be "lead" into the trash heap of history.
Environmentalists will be chaining themselves to every inanimate object imaginable to protest TRUMP’S EPA transition pick. (I would add ‘go naked,’ but winter is approaching.)
Great imagery!
It is pretty rare to see it.
Lysenko was a loon, but I believe he was a loon firmly within the bounds of communist thought.
Please let me explain my view: it is said that on reading of Darwin’s work that Marx was to have hammered off a note to Engels that he’d found a basis in natural science for their views.
Now it seems reasonable to me that this was because if there could be “natural selection” then Marx must have realized that there could be unnatural too. That though men are not naturally disposed to living in some communistic fantasy world, indeed even unable to do so, if the “communists” could breed people that could live in such a system then it would be possible.
I’ve long referenced this when any nitwit parrots Marx’s claims about communistic government ... you could never get there without untold generations of oppressive government trying to force men to be something they weren’t until, by some miracle of controlled breeding, they suddenly were.
Of course, as Lewis would point out, they would not really be Man but only man-like, having a substantively different nature than we, who are mankind.
In the meantime Soviet and gulag states were, and may still be yet, in the sweet spot of what Marx thought proper. Or, as one fellow said, to see mankind’s future under such hopes them imagine a boot pressing down on the face of a man ... forever.
I’ve always thought of Lysenkoism as taking that belief that mankind can be remade to the next logical absurdity that nature herself can be remade to be socialistic.
The environmentalist crowd, at least the lunatic environmentalist crowd (which is sadly no small affair), practices a different error, seemingly looking at man as presently unnatural as if the we ought to be that other humanity Marx wrote of; but, nasty evil capitalists (and what preceded them) have somehow changed us. Where Marx once showed the face of bold malevolence towards men and human nature the wacko environmentalists, watermelons that they frequently are, seem to have their malevolent heads shoved up their cans from which they preach to and denounce anyone whose ass and skull don’t share space.
The actor? I like him :) Or is there another one.
Good, I can’ wait to hear liberal anguish over this.
