President Barack Obama is rooting for President-elect Donald Trump's success, he said Wednesday afternoon during a nine-minute address in the White House Rose Garden - but his clearly devastated staff didn't look so sure. With Vice President Joe Biden at his side, a sometimes smiling but always composed Obama said Tuesday's election in which his party's nominee lost the nation's highest office was a setback for his agenda but not for the nation. 'We are now all rooting for his success in uniting the country,' he said. 'Everybody is sad when their side loses an election. But the day after, we have to remember that we're actually on one team,' Obama said. 'This is an intramural scrimmage. We're not Democrats first. We're not Republicans first. We're Americans first. We're patriots first.' After he spoke some of his staff openly wept at the result, one saying of the day: 'I'm so sad'. Obama's call for calm came alongside similar statements from both Clinton and Trump. All three combined in a concerted effort to try and bring the nation together after a fractious and bitter election battle.

Yep. I checked out from politics and even watching the news for months after the last two Obama occupations.
IMO Obama is a just a very well versed bs’er and liar who is putting up a front at the moment. Internally he’s probably wondering what Trump is really thinking and what repercussions there’s going to be. He’s just laying low to stay out of trouble until Trump clears the scene then he’ll start up the BS machine run by co-partner in crime, Valjar, to further screw the U.S.

I guess it’s kind of fortunate that Trump knows a WHOLE BUNCH of folks who routinely do the kinds of jobs the folks there currently do. The current White House staff had best get their resumes out there. That will go a long way in eliminating fraudulent “tell all” books. If they want to tell all they can talk about Zero.
Obama is not to be trusted. The best thing that could happen to America is to completely cauterize the vast wounds to freedom that Obama has created through excutive orders and the non rule of law, including the vast expansion of illegal powers of the EPA.
Obama rules like a crony nationalist socialist. That is what he is. And he needs to disappear into the dust bin of history.Hillary was poised to ram her utopia down the throats of America , by force of penalty and punishment as necessary, a true queen of the damned. We are fortunate to be rid of her.
There can be no compromise with the ilk of Obama and Clinton.They need to let President Trump pursue the return to our national ,unified path of freedom and prosperity as a people. America is back……no reconciliation with those who traduce America, who now renew their attempts after losing the election.

1. Trump lost the popular vote and the Electoral College is terrible. He’s not legit.
2. Trump needs to seek consensus and work together.
Oh yes, now the “won” wants the winners to play nice together.
I do not trust these Rats one little bit. I hope that Trump and his team are prepared for all of the land mines the Rats are busy laying for them. For example, as I said on another thread, I am betting the order went out for a flood of more aliens as soon an Trump’s win was declared.
