No surprises here.
Obviously, the vast majority of the polls were wrong. Wrongful thinking. Bad models. Bad assumptions. Bad methodology. Bad programming. The adage "Garbage in, garbage out" applies in spades.
The entire media (including Faux News) has their collective (no kidding) heads up their proverbial butts.
The GOPe should be ashamed (for being wrong about everything, 100% of the time), but they won't be.
Romney is an idiot.
Now they begin the endless studies, debates and analysis trying to figure out why they all had it so wrong.
But the answer was written ages ago and the writing is on the wall, they just refuse to see it.
True Americans do not want socialism or big government or open borders or the culture of corruption and decadence it fosters.
America was founded by believers in our one true Judeo-Christian God and our system of government, our laws and our culture is based on Judeo_Christian principles and philosophy. It will fail and fail hard the further away it drifts from the righteous path.
IMHO, Trump was raised up by God to try to get us back on track. This is not the first time He's done this. It's both a blessing and a warning.

I read a great line that shows just how out of touch the Hillary camp was - the kind of Americans Bruce Springsteen sings about voted in droves for Trump.

I know the establishment will say many conciliatory things immediately after the election but will work to undermine Trump as we move forward to secure the borders and deport illegal aliens.
They invited them here and do not want their 30 year policy of non-enforcement of borders and immigration laws reversed.

These elitist types stay in their elitist circles, and never get out to talk to the average man and woman who work hard all day, who have blisters on their bodies through manual work, and struggle to pay for chain store food, let alone good food like Crab legs.

Absolutely and it's not the end with the election over, it's just the beginning.
We can't rest easy, we still need to pray like we did before the election as clearly half the population was behind the liberal agenda. There's a lot of bad politics to undo and liberal mentality to counter.
We can't afford to blow this opportunity God gave us.
I would add I had many friends and relatives who were privately admitting they were going to be stealth voters.
They told their friends and wives they supported Hillary or were at least not inclined to vote for Trump.
They would some spectacular acting skills throw all kinds of invective my way but, they had already told me their private heart or had telegraphed one too many times for me to take them seriously.
They practiced one thing in the open but, privately were true to their ideals.
The polls and media had no way of measuring true intent because everyone was lying.
I call them Conversos...
The whole problem is the establishment hypocrisy, plenty of those are all about opposing Trump or wanting him to fail for selfish reasons. We are not voting for a priest or pastor, but a president.
I don’t they were wrong, they just lied. They knew they were liars.
My main takeaways:
If not for Romney, it would have been a huge landslide.
Clueless Democrats are calling themselves racists this morning. Trump won because some blue states flipped to Trump. These states helped elect Obama but last night they said they’d had enough of his style of politics.
The media got exposed and that will be valuable going forward. The answer to everything they say should be: “Prove it, as you have shown yourselves to be untrustworthy liars.”
both the DEMS and the REPUBLICANS tried to run candidates not on their merits, but on the premise of “It’s their TURN”
The Dems were successful in squelching their “populist uprising” with Bernie Sanders by installing Hillary
The repubs tried to install Jeb! in the same manner but Donald is a fighter compared to Bernie and kick his sorry bush ass.
The Lesson here, just because it’s someone’s “turn” doesn’t mean they will be the best Beta-Male/Harpy for the job.

The establishment is going to have to work with President Trump to start to straighten out the mess we’re in or they know they’ll meet the same fate as the liar that just lost this election.
