Right now on the AP map he has 266 with PA, 244 without. But that's without giving him WI, AZ, or AK which he has won. So thats 24 EVs. He won this, the networks are colluding with her to not call it, because if they do it creates a perception that she's stealing it away from him while if they don't they can say "she just wants all the votes counted, there is no winner yet so what's the problem with counting every vote?"

As far as I can tell they stopped counting. Why? Because Hillary ordered it while she prepares her lawsuits.

In PA all they need to do is pull it to within 0.5% which triggers an automatic recount. As we saw in FL, all sorts of mischief becomes possible when they do that.
