COLUMBUS, Ohio — The U.S. Supreme Court turned down a request Monday from Ohio Democrats to issue an order aimed at preventing Donald Trump’s supporters from harassing or intimidating voters on Election Day.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted that Ohio law already forbids voter intimidation.
The case is part of a flurry of courtroom efforts by the Democrats around the country to head off what they say is vigilantism by the Trump campaign and its backers.
The Republican presidential candidate has called on supporters to stand guard at the polls against fraud. That has stirred fears of minority voters being confronted and challenged by self-appointed poll watchers.
Last week, a federal judge in Cleveland issued a temporary restraining order warning that anyone, regardless of political affiliation, who engages in intimidation near or inside polling places will face contempt of court charges.
monitoring polls is not intimidation. Standing outside of polling stations wearing black uniforms with berets carrying batons is though...

Naturally. Anything short of handing out participation trophies just for voting would lead to YEARS of therapy that isn’t covered under Obamacare....

No need to push your luck and end up in jail because Obozo has dispatched some thug minority DHS brownshirts who hate white men "just because" for any reason if you're just watching to catch the cheating. That should drive the cheaters into a frenzy alone. The cheaters can't stand it that someone stands in their way of cheating the system. The fact that they can't win without cheating says what losers they really are. There's no intimidation just "integrity checks" and monitoring to stop the cheating. Why should they have ANY proble with stopping cheating if they are really all about fairness and equality, right?...LOL
Who wants to bet that the Black Panthers will be out again ‘monitoring’ polls with their nightsticked uniforms?
And, if you’re a Panther, all you have to do is not show up in court and the case will be dismissed - so tell people you’re self-identifying as a Panther if they ask why you’re there /s
