Correct. CNN panel is whining that such news from Comey comes entirely too late to penetrate all the electorate, and that starting with HRC and electronic media can the story even start to reach the electorate.
The Left was not much happier with Comey’s announcement than the Right.

So is this how the system works now! A chief investigator can present numerous evidentiary facts of a crime and conclude no one would prosecute and therefore the case is closed??? Well all present and future criminals take heed. Pay off or threaten the investigator at the top and you’re off the hook. This is extremely harmful to our justice (cough, cough) system.
Did you think they would press charges 2 days before an election? If you believe in God, I believe this is all part of the bigger plan.
This absurdity helps Trump. The system is rotten to the core.

Hate to say it but I predicted this after the ‘letter’ by Comey. It protected him and allowed him just before the vote to state she was clear notwithstanding the additional evidence. The MSM will now reaffirm her purity and come up with some quick contrived polls indicating her massive recovery and return to form. It’s too late though. DT wins.

No indictments were going to be made in any case prior to election day. The sole purpose of Comey's remark today is to give the left a talking point and a headline for the LIV's.
The use of a private server was/is an important question because of the national security implications, but Comey and Lynch have already whitewashed that. The underlying question has always been WHY HRC used a private server to begin with. The chronic commingling of public and private business was always the default supposition, and the investigation into pay to play continues. As does the NYPD sex crimes stuff.

The difference, of course, is that the press then was adversarial, while the press now is in coverup mode. Back then, as well, the burglary case was in the hands of Maximum John Siricca, who was merciless and relentless in extorting testimony. So the odds are against anything actually being done.
Agreed. And the important thing to remember is that that is the main reason why Romney lost four years ago when simply more than enough people stayed home. I think it is a very different story concerning Donald this time around and the very stinky optic that Comey and everyone else including Hillary have even with this latest episode should be an important motivating factor to come out and vote.

I am livid about this. I hope comey rots in hell. After saying that I intend to not comment further as I don’t wish to end up where the clintons and their ilk should be.
Unless trump pulls some miracle Tuesday I am signing off with this advice: this example shows exactly how f’d up our system is. Everyone is on their own. Act accordingly with God’s blessing.
Hillary reminded Comey why he let her off the hook to begin with. Because he and his family wanted to live.
Here’s to hope beyond hope that someone with the NYPD will leak what they know before the election.
at least now we know the reason why huma went to the von fustenberg fundraiser a couple of days ago. the fbi has been thoroughly compromised, and all the honest fbi agents now have targets on their backs. anyone with a brain now can see that the USA is fast falling from greatness.
(and why do we have to learn this type of stuff from foreign news, anyways? sheesh, it’s not like we have a banana constitution yet...)
