1. The reports I've seen suggest that the FBI had this information as early as October 14th. If they were going to whitewash it, it would have been much easier to do it a month before the election instead of 11 days before it.
2. Since there were only 11 days left, they could have easily sat on this (they had already sat on it for two weeks up to then) until after November 8th.
Oh, yeah... Didn’t the state department say it would take them years to go through the relatively few they had? Are ALL government employees criminals, liars and crooks? What a bunch of jerks.
Obama can afford to be very conciliatory to our side now. He knows it’ll take him just one skinny minute to smooth things over for Hillary if it comes to that. He has Lynch and he has his pen and telephone.

Obama has stabbed Shillary in the back . He’s going to save his legacy at her expense . He has seen some of the material and it’s BIG . Obama probably had to tell Lynch to sign off on the warrant , though , as she is a bigger Hillary ally than she is an Obama ally . Now Lynch and Obama are in touch with some of the higher ups in the DNC and Congress telling them that they better head for their political bunkers because the fallout is going to be super damaging . Obama wants to shield political allies from the fallout because he KNOWS how bad it is .
...or both.
My theory, FWIW:
1. Kim Dotcom and/or Julian Assange have all of HRC’s emails in hand. Notice how none of the Podesta wikileaks emails are actually FROM her so far?
2. Some of those emails implicate POTUS in ways that may or may not be criminal, but would utterly destroy his legacy.
3. POTUS knows that #1 and #2 are true.
4. Dotcom and/or Assange cut a deal with the administration. They only release the emails destroying Clinton in return for the US dropping charges against them. If the US fails to drop the charges, Dotcom/Assange release ALL the emails.
5. Dotcom/Assange then release the HRC subset of emails to Comey. The Weiner investigation is convenient, reasonably plausible cover.
I could be completely and utterly wrong.
It is all their fault. All of the Democrats have been covering up for the Clintons from Arkansas to the White House to Hillary’s running for President. They all knew what the Clintons were about but the Dems are all a pack of rats the cover for each other. This is truly a disgusting spectacle that should never have happened but many Democrat voters share blame as well because the Democrat Party has been corrupt for a very long time and many people are either blind or corrupt themselves to keep voting for these grifters.
Maybe so, but will Huma and Carlos agree to take the fall and spend many years in prison? I don’t think they will roll over for her considering the heavy time these two are facing. They will sing

If Wikileaks drops some bombshells implicating Hillary this week (as promised by Assange) she will be in serious trouble regardless what the FBI does or says. Wikileaks now has more credibility than the FBI at this point.
They haven’t “forgotten who they really work for”.

DOJs issue is the ole saying; you don’t know what you don’t know. Imagine taking the chance at DOJ to claim mid week there’s nothing here - only to have the very legit and pissed off NYPD respond within hours leaking some serious stuff. Nothing there, huh? BOOM.

You better believe that those laptops which were supposed to be destroyed, not only weren't, but multiple complete copies were made to prevent the information from disappearing forever.
With Solid State memory and the latest state of the art microprocessors, even 650,000 emails can be transferred to other device(s) literally in minutes, not hours or days.
Sifting and analyzing the messages, with the supercomputers available to the FBI, should literally take days, with the proper software, easily written with multipass sifting of ALL the data on the laptop.
Oh the DOJ was against Comey’s letter. The FBI types aren’t the ones that want to whitewash it. The DOJ sending is sending in Peter Kadzik to “help” the FBI...I strongly suspect he will be pushing for the quick whitewash. The ugliness I am expecting is the power struggle between the FBI types and the DOJ types.
