Honestly that sounds like the DOJ is blocking the FBI.
He said that the DOJ has not approved a warrant.
Technically it's the DOJ that goes to court and ask for a warrant.
Obviously this is why special prosecutors should be appointed. We are in a Constitutional crisis.
Ample protection needed.
So do we see Comey fired over this by 0bama? If he does it quickly they can call it the Saturday Night Massacre Part II.

I haven’t posted here on a long time but your comment caused an idea to run through my head. Is it ethical or legal for Trump, during a campaign speech, to publically announce that if he’s elected, any and all whistleblowers to this corruption will be granted their jobs back, or restoration of pension if they are under such a threat? Would such a promise cause some of those govt workers who still have a conscience to maybe come forward and/or vote for him knowing that he would protect their perks if nothing else? Something like that might cause an upheaval like he’s doing with the black community by appealing to their better selves.

If DoJ gives Huma an immunity deal BEFORE the FBI has analyzed all the evidence from the laptop, there will be no doubt that the cover-up is continuing. They potentially have no need of any further information from her to convict the whole gang.

Hillary asking for it all to be released is a lie and political shell game.
She knows damn well the emails won’t be made public.
1. They likely contain top secret info.
2. To make it public would jeopardize future prosecutions.
Huma is toast. She lied to FBI agents and that’s a crime for every lie.
Obama/Lynch/Hillary are denying the warrant to expand the scope of the investigation. It began searching the Weiner computers for sexting Or child porn proof.

Maybe, but that won’t stop the thousands emails from coming out. Massive systemic corruption will be exposed no matter what. Its too late to hold back the flow of water; the dyke is going to be breached.
