I cannot imagine a software more simple than that required to add up a vote tally. If it has any capability beyond that...it is fraud on its very face.
Also, I know we are a “global economy”, but it should be illegal as hell to use foreign built voting machines.

Why would a programmer make visible the change? Just change it “under the hood”. This doesn’t make sense unless someone is intentionally trying to bring doubt to computer voting.

Glitch my ass. Look at the miracle of modern day microchip technology, what our cell phones can do and in 2016 they STILL have giant voting machines that cannot reliably sort data and record a vote as it was cast? Ridiculous.
