Unaccountable power multiplies, but this is astounding. This is a very good example of the reasons that the founders sought to limit and check power. But of course, over the years, those protections have been whittled down, and the loopholes are big enough drive tanks through. Corruption doesnt even begin to cover it if wealthy donors and even foreign powers can just write checks, contribute to the Clinton Foundation, etc. and just buy a law in return.
Why is no one standing up to this tyranny? Critics have taken George W. Bush and Barack Obama to task for abusing their power to write executive orders and legislate with a pen when they have no constitutional power to make law at all. But Hillary, before she even takes power, is already leaving these two in the dust. So everyone is just going to take it, along with the first female t-shirts they will be sending out as promos in the mail?
...
If you already thought the Executive Order system falls somewhere between problematic and completely unconstitutional, this takes it to a whole new, never before seen level of corruption.
Thanks to all the leaks, America now knows our government is essentially one giant pay-for-play operation. Thats how it works. Thats how the DNC works. Thats how the Clinton Foundation works.
But how far does that go?
How about bypassing Congress entirely with money in the most literal sense possible.
...
A new revelation buried in the Wikileaks trove of tens of thousands of Hillary campaign chairman John Podestas emails shows him discussing executive orders in relation to an idea a wealthy donor has.

Correct. But, IIRC, those administrative edicts are subject to the courts. I just saw a link on Drudge where a town voted unanimously to not accept refugees.
We are still a decentralized Republic, although to a lesser degree than envisioned or actual in the past. IMO, the Feds would need a lot more manpower and a lot more acquiescence from State & local administrative units to enforce these edicts. They have backed down in the past. Concerted opposition from vocal majorities usually makes them retreat.
Administrative vs legislative is one of the major differences between European and US law. Our revolution vs the French Revolution resulted in this difference. They have to prove innocence, while we have to be proven guilty.
I just don’t see the PTB forcing a hot CWII. And I do not see Americans accepting Napoleonic Law. If salaries and pensions from proven liars with dictatorial methods are held in higher regard than individual freedom and liberty, we’re screwed. Otherwise, I think they will face massive defections by military and police, even from DHS, et al.
If I’m wrong, then it’s gone. I’m old. I won’t live that way, especially with the inevitable fees and taxes and confiscations they’ll need for the endless reparations for generational crimes against so-called minorities. When they start offing old ladies in the name of equity, we either become the United Soviet States of America or it’s all-out hot war...maybe both. I hope the younger generation is up for it, either way. If they accept it, nothing much we seniors can do, except maybe make a few last futile efforts.

The meat....
In an email with the subject line, Is there someone in your shop, Bonner writes, Who totally understands executive orders. It is to answer a very big donors questions.
Podesta responds with simply, Me.
Bonner: It is for Michael King.
Podesta: What does he need?
Bonner: He has an idea and just need answer [sic] to a bunch of easy questions about how this works.
Oh goody. Mega wealthy donor Michael King has an idea about executive orders
Thanks, BagCamAddict & Rockitz
Question from link below:
Do you think Michael King might have in mind and executive order to silence his media opposition, including those of us in alternative media? I surely wouldnt put it past him or Hillary Clinton.

Bump!!
Selling Executive Orders...How enterprizing...CRIMINALLY enterprizing...
I cannot believe the people who are going to sit home because Trump, in their arrogant eyes, is not the “perfect” candidate...or because they believe Trump is a womanizer...or whatever their foolish reasons.
Their foolish apathy will enable the most corrupt administration in the history of the Republic :(
Bet you could..if you tried.
The federal agencies "invent" Committees to do this. Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, are published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.
So Presidents are shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the delegation horror story begins.
THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law.
No Congressman was ever involved, and no presidenyial DNA lingers.
Yet again, why "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---why the writing of administrative law by federal agencies - is un-Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator.)
Presidential Executive orders pertain ONLY to those Federal Agencies directly under control of the Executive. However, EVERY government agency is directly under control of the president. The president has complete control of every agency.Congress creates (and funds) agencies with the power to write rules that carry the full force of law just as if Congress had legislated. An executive order applies to all government employees. (hat tip Moses Knows)
