And let’s not forget the intimidation by officials on those poor Clinton victims. The STATE TROOPERS came to get them, to tell them the governor or attorney general wanted to speak to them about a job. So when they end up attacked in a hotel room, WHERE DO THEY TURN FOR HELP???? Can’t go to the cops, they brought her there. The highest law officer in the state, the governor, even the US President... Who is going to believe you?

I think this could have done possibly some damage, but my gut tells me the press, and the GOPe so completely overplayed on this that I would not be surprised if Trump winds up even stronger after this.
I warned you Trump would have to fight both Hillary and the GOPe. I would not be surprised if you found there was direct collusion and planning between the two camps around this audio tape release.
If not, then it is just another example of the GOPe just so wimpy that they do not possess the ability to fight ever and will just cave to any liberal spin as their initial reaction.
What you have is some boorish statements, and if it had been left at that.. Perhaps some damage might have happened, and it may still... But the complete overreaction by members of the GOPe and the completely absurd spin by the press that Trump was advocating folks got out and sexually assault women with his locker room joviality is just so far outside reality that unless you are someone who already hates Trump I don’t think it’s going to influence you... The spin is so far beyond the actual transgression I just think this will likely backfire on the MSM/GOPe/Dems.
Time will tell. While Trumps comments are boorish they are hardly to th level of the reaction being made to them in most folks minds that are not in the tank Trump haters.

Never give up your right to vote in a primary. The outcome of a primary determines the general election candidates.
It may make people feel so proud of themselves to be considered "independent" by the world, but they have essentially given up any personal control of election outcomes from the top of the ticket down when they register "independent" or third, fourth or fifth party. In a closed primary state, you're out of luck and will be forced to vote for losers on an independent or third party ballot given to you.

Maybe Trump himself will say it tonight? Sort of like he said “Only Rosie O’Donnell” to Megyn Kelly in that first primary debate.
I sort of doubt it would play well, but you never know with Trump.
Example: “Eleven years ago I was an immoral creature. You will find hundreds of similar interviews illustrating the depths of my depravity. But I’ve changed. You see, back then I was a Democrat.”
