Two days ago, we reported Donny Deutsch predicting that stories damaging to Donald Trump involving women would be emerging. We wondered out loud: “was this pure speculation on Donny’s part, or did a little birdie inside the Clinton campaign tell him something?”
And sure enough—just one day later—broke the hot mic story of Trump making crude and lewd comments about one woman in particular and women in general. So sure looks like Donny did know something. In any case, appearing on today’s With All Due Respect, Donny declared: “let the record show, at 4:01pm on October 7th, this election ended—when this Washington Post story broke.”

Right - because they are spinning it as though Trump advocated sexual assault.
For years I worked in an office full of women, and was amazed to discover that they can be just as crude and rude in their conversation as men.
Now that I’m retired, my wife and I go to our community senior center from time to time. Every month they have a catered luncheon and entertainment. One of the entertainers was a women in her 40’s who sang, played guitar and made jokes. All of her jokes would be considered rather off-color and crude, and those laughing the hardest and clapping for her were the women of the senior center.
So, for most of those who are reacting with such horror and disgust about what Trump said 11 years ago, I say grow up, and look at the real world.
Did his remarks lead to a national security breach, or result in death, destruction or international chaos? I don’t think so. We should keep focused on Clinton and her life-long history of lies, corruption, illegality, and incompetence, and not get distracted by this type of sideshow.
As an old female I have marveled at how young women are so enthralled with being “desired” by the alpha male. Look at the reality shows and movies for instance. I think many women will be envious more than appalled. This may not hurt him as much as some hope.
Crude comments from Trump versus murderous actions from Hillary(not to mention the scary clown Kaine) and I will vote Trump. The sexual track record of most our Presidents has not been pure.
I just wish he would run ads with her laughing about freeing a guilty child rapist.

Excellent post. I wonder if the larger story here is about the timing of it all and how really Assange has got the Dems running scared and given that, this tape story really is a blunder on their part (does not begin to mention their involvement in sex related activities and comments).
I just read Deutsch’s bio on Wikipedia. He’s never been anything but a lib and, as such, his comments are pretty much straight from the lib talking points.
On top of that, I would never be inclined to trust any 58-year-old guy who goes by the name of “Donnie.”
I find your analysis of this “gaffe” to be the most likely to be accurate of all that I have read; which is a good thing for Trump and a bad thing for the Hag.
If this happened to Bill Xlinton they would be suing for illegally recording the conversation. That would be the focus.
The hypocrisy is stunning. Bill & Hillary Clinton have treated women much worse. Bill Clinton has openly & credibly been accused of rape. Hillary denigrates his victims. Al Gore has been accused of sexual misconduct by at least 2 massage therapists. John Edwards carried on an affair while his wife was battling cancer.

Amazon’s Jeff Bezos (owner of the Washington Post) is going all out to bring down Trump.
I wonder if the Washington Post held the tapes until after the Republican primary. I wonder if they’re more trying to make news instead of report it. The Post is becoming the story to me.
All these weasel tech giants trying to undermine our political fate can rot.
Folks know the difference between some “lewd and disgusting locker room talk” and doing actual damage. Trump may have disgusted those too stupid to discern differences between “crimes against women”, but he didn’t damage them as Hillary has with her all-out war against rape victims.
