For years I worked in an office full of women, and was amazed to discover that they can be just as crude and rude in their conversation as men.
Now that I’m retired, my wife and I go to our community senior center from time to time. Every month they have a catered luncheon and entertainment. One of the entertainers was a women in her 40’s who sang, played guitar and made jokes. All of her jokes would be considered rather off-color and crude, and those laughing the hardest and clapping for her were the women of the senior center.
So, for most of those who are reacting with such horror and disgust about what Trump said 11 years ago, I say grow up, and look at the real world.
Did his remarks lead to a national security breach, or result in death, destruction or international chaos? I don’t think so. We should keep focused on Clinton and her life-long history of lies, corruption, illegality, and incompetence, and not get distracted by this type of sideshow.
Maybe that’s why the liked the old Betty White series, ‘’Golden Girls’’.
