During a debate Thursday at the National Conference Center, the audience openly laughed at Virginia Democratic congressional candidate LuAnn Bennett when she attempted to tout Obamacare’s affordability.
“For the last 50 years, both parties have agreed that we have a health care crisis,” Bennett said. “By 2005, we had 47 million uninsured Americans, and health care costs had grown to 16 percent of our GDP. The Affordable Care Act has made health care more affordable [laughter] –and it’s created access,” she said.

That explains a lot. Did he divorce her, or she he? If she divorced him then I at least give her a small amount of credit, but then that credit would be wiped out because she married him in the first place.

Someone forgot to make sure Bill took all of his meds that morning. The Hillary campaign normally keeps him drugged up enough to keep his mouth shut.

Those whose income is low enough, get it free. Probably the same people who get huge earned income credit refunds or whatever, just by keeping their income low and have lots of children.
A relative was unemployed at the time of enrollment last year, and she was getting free health insurance due to that situation.
I guess he just had an exceedingly rare “honest moment” in his life.
Or to successfully run for office (ex: Maxine Waters, Sheila Jackson Lee, et al.)
I'd like to know exactly what she got, though. A very low-income friend of mine also signed up for the cheapest premium plan, and he still can't afford to use it. (The "cheaper" the premium, the heftier the co-pays.)

That has got to be the first time that man has told the stone cold truth in his entire life. It's certainly the first time I've ever seen him do so.
Gotta admit, though, his timing is very shrewd. I th8nk Bill sees the fundamental problem with his wife's candidacy. She essentially represents a third Obama term, which is NOT what the people want. He sees that she must find some way to position herself as an agent of change, because Change is going to win this election.
Maybe somebody slipped him a “tell-the-truth” pill when he wasn’t looking. Dropped it in his food or drink before he went on.
