The nuclear deal is good for the defense business.

Boeing and other companies wanted to do business with Iran and have sanctions lifted.

Now that Iran is building up the Gulf Arabs want weapons to defend themselves and Boeing and other companies are ready to give it to the Saudis, Qataris, UAE etc.....

Israel and the US are jointly developing anti ballistic missile technology and I read of the notion that Israel’s existing short range anti missile system will be sold to the Gulf Arabs through a US company.

"The nuclear deal that went into effect a year ago may have postponed the danger of an Iranian nuclear bomb, but the multifaceted threat of a militaristic, messianic Iran — 80-million strong — is much more menacing to Western interests than the Sunni thugs and murderers of Raqqah and Mosul."

From Real Clear Politics, Sept 10, 2015...

"In a 2014 New Yorker interview, Obama said his goal was to create a 'new equilibrium' in the Middle East.

In the short run, at least, his signature diplomatic undertaking can be counted on to bring more violence to this volatile region.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, as the [Obama-Putin Iran deal] agreement is formally known, provides the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism an infusion of somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 billion of unfrozen assets and a great deal more of continuing revenues as businesses and governments around the world rush to profit from oil-and-gas-rich Iran's reintegration into the world economy.

The agreement relaxes the international isolation of the Islamic Republic and ratifies Tehran's status as a nuclear threshold state. And it relieves restrictions on Iran's acquisition of weapons, including ballistic missiles. ..."

Some people, “experts” say Iran is the biggest terrorist threat; I don’t know if I go along with that. We should not though, have agreed to that treaty.

This sounds like nothing more than a stupid rationalization for the U.S. to topple the Iranian-backed Assad regime in Syria.

I totally disagree. While I would not have handed over the bomb to them and 1 trillion dollars— they are nothing compared to the Sunnis. Let me call your attention to the sunni isis bastards killing thousand— putting them in cages and burning them alive on video — acid pools on video. Caged drownings? thousands of innocent Cristian’s slaughtered ? Here is one for you to contemplate— The Saudi government sponsored and directly supported the 9/11 hijackers knowing that the flight lesson they were paying for did not include LANDING 727s. ALL SUNNIS!!! All of it!!— Much more. Did you know that Shiites do not do suicide bombings? None-— Sunnis do them all over Iraq every week.Did you know that San Bernadino— an the Orlando bar and Maj, Nidal Hassan at ft, hood and SOOOO many more attacks were all Sunni? NO!!! you didn’t know that because it is obfuscated by the government media. Do you know how many Shiite attacks have occurred in this country? A BIG FAT ZERO!! Try to have a clue about this— please. It is so simple to read the facts. Did you know that the Shiite Iranians are killing these sunni bastards in Syria ? Please help yourself get informed.

No, Iran isn’t worse than ISIS. This is just Sunni/US Establishment propaganda. They are bad and do lots of bad things.

But in Mideast terror and in projecting terror into America, no they aren’t. Every terror attack I remember has come from our allies the Sunnis and has been paid for out of the Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.

The Sunnis have given us Beslan,
Paris,
Belgium,
London on 7/7,
Madrid,
Boston,
the sidewalk in Nice,
two Russian airliners in the same day,
Moscow theater,
a train in St Petersburg,
San Bernadino,
Fort Hood,
The Florida Nightclub,
the Woman beheaded in Oklahoma,
The Cartoon contest in Texas,
9/11,
the WTC bombing,
Blackhawk Down,
the Shoe Bomber,
the Underwear bomber,
Egypt,
Libya,
Luxor,
Boco Haram,
Syria,
Erdogan,
East African Pirates,
Bali,
Hiding out Bin Ladin,
An explosion in opium and heroin production,
Boy rape in Afghanistan,
etc etc,,,

And then ISIS has given us a level of barbarity only matched by Pol Pot and the Nazis.

Iran is bad, but they are not more of a threat than ISIS. This is just Sunni propaganda.

Bill Clinton, in return for a large campaign contribution/ bribe allowed the export of encrypted missile guidance systems to the Chinese. This ultimately resulted in the US Navy’s presence in the Persian Gulf untenable. The Chinese developed state of the art stealthy shore to ship missiles which they needed to control the Straits of Taiwan. These missiles were sold to the Iranians who used them to fortify the shores of the Persian Gulf. The big blue water capital ships of the US Navy operating in the narrow ,shallow gulf would be very vulnerable despite their impressive defensive weapons. Those stealthy missiles would have a flight time of less than 30 seconds to target. If fired in conjunction with other less sophisticated ordnance, the US Navy faced a debacle worse than Pearl Harbor in less than 15 minutes. Iran of course would suffer a devastating attack but the damage to the US would be done. The US would then be involved in a bloody long war with no clear strategic advantages for a US “victory”. Obama no doubt decided for many reasons to alter long standing US policy and acquiesced to the bizarre mullahs obtaining nuclear weapons. The Pakistanis quickly assembled nuclear weapons with a far less sophisticated nuclear infrastructure. It didn’t take much convincing to persuade Obama to no longer confront Iran. However it would be short sighted to neglect the role that the Chinese supplied missiles had in the strategic equation.

this article gives no reason why we continue to support the anti0Christian Saudis against Assad. Assad is a monster but the alternative is worse

May 18, 2008: Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, these countries are tiny compared to the Soviet Union. They don't pose a serious threat to us. ...they spend 1/100th of what we spend on the military. I mean, if Iran ever tried to pose a serious threat to us, they wouldn't stand a chance.

The real 0bama goal is to unite a nuclear armed Shia with ISIS / Sunni as ‘footsoldiers’ in his globalist dreams.

The global caliphate will not succeed until the various sects, which kill each other off if they don’t have any infidels to torture and kill, unite

The Baraka Hussein 0bama sees himself as sort of a 12th-Imam-second-coming-of-Marx, and hopes to be made Caliph of the world if he succeeds.

It is real curious that this article has close to the same name and idea as this article.

Some things the article says, I did not know, such as that the Iranian leader Rouhani was instrumental in the Beirut Marine Barracks attack.

“Iran has evidently harbored senior Al Qaeda operatives since 9/11, including facilitating the flow of fighters and funds to al-Qaeda through Iran — a kind of jihadi pipeline. In the mid-1990s, reported the Clarion Project, Iran negotiated an agreement with Osama Bin Laden to allow al-Qaeda terrorists to freely transit Iran.”

Found another interesting article; doesn't mean it's true, just for anyone who might be interested.

Excerpt:

(ISIS) Daesh was nurtured by Iran, says former Syrian vice president SIRAJ WAHAB | Published — Thursday 6 October 2016

article. --

I read everything from over there, and as for me, we simply can not know but we can make notes and come to our own conclusions. The interview was apparently originally done by Newsweek. Pretty interesting.
