Trump camp returns fire, targets Clintons’ treatment of women (victims speak-out!)

Donald Trump’s campaign is signaling that Bill Clinton’s history of affairs and alleged sexual misconduct – as well as Hillary Clinton’s treatment of the women involved – is now fair game, after his Democratic opponent took the first shot by calling out his own negative comments toward women at Monday’s debate.

The Republican nominee took a direct swipe at the former president during a New Hampshire rally on Thursday, in a sign of jabs to come.

"The American people have had it with years and decades of Clinton corruption and scandal," Trump said. "And impeachment for lying. … Remember that?"

You’re right, and that’s where surrogates come in.

Let surrogates push these stories about the Clintons and women, while Donald stays above it.

But it seems like something needs to be said, because the Clintons are going down this road. Actually it’s absurd, to think that they are making a major case out of something Trump said 20 years ago. But our politics have become the theater of the absurd.

I agree. She needs to be hammered for her policies. EVERYONE knows Bill was a cheating pig. The media and her campaign will use it to say how “she stuck by her man”, and “even though he has his flaws and infidelities, I love him”.

Trump needs to focus on being prepared for the next debate. He needs to keep hammering her on the horrible foreign policy, immigration, economy, and other IMPORTANT things. Unfortunately, people don’t really care about character. They care about how this will affect me.

Agreed. She is an enabler and the more women hear/see this, hopefully something will click in their brains that she is no good to lead this country.

This is a damm distraction. Here we have a regime issuing rules and regulations on every aspect of life, perverting and politicizing the application of equal justice and the constitutional promise if one breaks it no matter what or who you are the law is still applied .Are what this campaign should be working on

Meanwhile Obama called Romney a murderer and dog abuser who carried around binders full of woman.

Enough with the crap about staying out of the gutter as they drag you through it.

If I remember correctly, the perjury was about the $850K already paid to Paula Jones. It was uncovered by Kenneth Starr as a payout of some sort and then President Horny-Goat lied about its purpose.

Perhaps the Clinton’s had tried to file an insurance claim (State Farm) for the monies under an umbrella policy? I think wealthy DNC donors footed the bill when the claim was rejected. Long time ago, but that’s how I recall the circumstances.

“Actually it’s absurd, to think that they are making a major case out of something Trump said 20 years ago.”

Too bad Trump can’t do as the clintons always did ...

“That’s old news. The American people want to hear about the issues that affect them.”

I think an insurance company covered it for him.

I can imagine the conversation...

“Hon, I want some strange. Is my insurance all caught up?”

I would use this counter-attack for a couple days, while at the same time hitting her on the issues.

Hillary was an enabler and was subjecting herself to a disgusting assortment of STD’s and disease assuming they continued to have some kind of sex.

She was doing her family a disservice for moral & health reasons.

She was doing the nation a disservice because there was a distinct possibility for international or domestic bribery and scandal regarding his sexual activities.

What if he got one of them pregnant and she returned with DNA proof a year or two later to coerce policy favors? Or visitation with illigit toddler visits to the WH. What if the girl was secretly filming their activity and sells to the porno industry or wants millions not to go forward. What if she was actually under age?

There’s no end to the possibilities of what could have happened.

Bill needs to be kept out of the WH.

Yes. Trump will lose some people if he keeps focused on what a great many will consider either trivial, or "over the top," or sanctimonious or all three!

The best way for him to counter adverse opinions on his treatment of women, is to talk not about his own past life, but the net impact on American women from the idiotic immigration policy of Mrs. Clinton & Obama; the crimes of those let in or allowed to stay illegally against American women; the disrespect for American women implicit in Obama/Clinton actions in harassing the Police; in policies that fail to recognize the importance of traditional female virtues.

Properly handled, this could also allow an incorporation of a few lines on some of Bill's antics--but very carefully handled. Nothing should be injected to make our candidate seem overly judgmental, petty or defensive.

Another prong of the counter-strategy; again not in Trump talking but in presentations of women who are supporting Trump, and who have a legitimate issue with papers like the New York Times, for falsely trying to use them as props against a man they highly admire. In other words attacks on a vicious press that will adopt any lie, in an effort to bring Trump down. (Properly handled, this can have a multi-barreled benefit.)

It is a distraction but people change their minds or reach a decision based on numerous distractions.

Most don’t understand or listen much to policy.

They vote based on likeability and trustworthiness.

The Clintons lie and commit treason and rip-off the world with their foundation.

The ‘folks’ are still undecided! God bless their hearts, they still can’t recognize a knight in shining armor.

Why hasn’t anyone discussed that as “co-president” she didn’t give a whit about the screaming burning women and children in the Waco attack?

Where were her sympathies concerning Elian Gonzalez being scared to death when out of that closet by Swat?

Chuck Felsea. She is not a child anymore. She is probably as bad or worse than her parents. Her father in law served time in prison for taking bribes. No wonder she married into that family. Birds of the feather flock together.

The 12 year old rape victim that Hillary maligned and laughed about releasing the rapist should upset soccer moms with kids. Will their child be protected by Hillary or treated as this child was. Needs to be TV ad.

Trump really understands many political issues so good anyway; Yielding to Hillary would be a bad idea under any circumstance.

Chelsea’s complaint reminds me of the criminals on the TV The Sopranos always complaining that their husbands were being persecuted by the police.

Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by this?

“in policies that fail to recognize the importance of traditional female virtues.”
