Remember the first primary debate Moderated by Special Report anchor Bret Baier, The Kelly File anchor Megyn Kelly and FOX News Sunday host Chris Wallace?
They conspired together to try to get the candidates fighting amongst themselves to destroy their credibility.
Megyn’s first question to Trump was actually a vicious attack on Trump, a gotcha question of the first magnitude.
Hillary and members of her Crime Family Cartel raked Matt Lauer over the coals for his recent stint of questioning HRC and Trump because he didn't obey the instructions of making Hillary look like a saint and Trump like a loser.
He doesn't want the same fate so he will naturally do all he can to help Hillary and make Trump look bad. Good luck with the second part sycophantic leftist tool.
Plus he doesn't want to go the route that Kelly went where Trump's criticism of her caused her to get that silly dyke haircut like her sister-in-arms Rachael Maddow.
And short of Trump imploding, he wins no matter what else happens. He just needs to come out looking reasonable.

Die hard Hillary Voters... Die Hard Trump voters.. and folks who have already decided they won’t vote for Hillary but not sure if they can vote for Trump.
No matter what Hillary does or says, she won’t convince one person from that third group to vote for her... As long as Trump comes out of this looking like a reasonable person, the majority of that third group will decide they can and will vote for Trump.
If he doesn’t come out looking reasonable to them, they will vote third party or stay home.
I thin if “Lester the Jester” tries to insert himself into the debate, Donald will call him out and make him look like the fool he is.
