JonBenet Ramsey was killed by her older brother Burke and it was covered up by her parents after a fight over a midnight snack of pineapples, investigators have claimed.
The six-year-old's mother Patsy Ramsey called 911 on December 26, 1996 to report that her six-year-old daughter had been kidnapped from her family's home in Boulder, Colorado.
JonBenet, a child beauty queen, was found beaten and strangled on the floor of the family's cellar several hours after the 911 call.

I didn’t see the special, but that Algore Unabomber note is hard to square with an intruder. Who would take the time to practice a note and then write three pages? And how would an intruder know the amount of his bonus? It’s not impossible but seems far fetched.
“one of the top detectives in the world laid out good case it was a intruder”
Agree. Lots of things in the Dr. Phil interviews I had never heard before.
“laid out good case it was a intruder..”

Break into someone’s house, commit murder, and then sit down & write a long and loony ransom note? Not very likely, IMO.
I saw the Dr. Phil interview.
The boy had “Guilt” written all over his body language. He went as far as smirking at times.
He did his best to avoid eye contact with DP.
Also the fact that the spider web in the broken window completely “undisturbed” is dubious for a break in.
I haven’t watched any of the recent TV coverage, but it has always been obvious that it was either the father, mother or brother. Brother makes the most sense. Mother wrote the fake ransom note. I cannot understand how some parents shield a murderous child.
You do realize the Boulder DA wrote a multipage letter of apology to the Ramsey’s right?
DNA can be washed and / or planted................
“You do realize the Boulder DA wrote a multipage letter of apology to the Ramseys right?”

You do realize the Ramseys were indicted by a grand jury for murder?
Doesn’t matter what the DA did, just to cover their butts............
My theory is that she died accidentally, perhaps from horsing around with the brother. Which could explain why the parents shielded the brother.
I don’t know whether the boy intended to kill her or not but I have little doubt that he whacked her in the head, probably with the flashlight.
Like I said on an earlier post, if you have not watched the Dr. Phil interviews I would respectfully suggest you do so. Personally I would trust that info over a tv show on cbs any day.
I always thought it was the son too.
I’m not much on Dr.Phil and I suspect he’s not the finest mind in the judicial system. Like Oprah leading a forum on Recombinant DNA.
But the age of chivalry is gone. That of sophisters, economists, and calculators has succeeded; and the glory of Europe is extinguished forever.
Edmund Burke
Ha! No wonder the media is trying to pin ‘it’ on him!
Who sexually abused her?
Meh, I've taken down spider webs at night, while letting the dog out, and they're back first thing in the morning when letting the dog out again.
