For a sign like this it makes sense to use a word with less letters that has the exact same meaning.

1-Military stationing (temporary)
2-Diplomatic stationing (temporary)
3-Home nation failed in at least 1 critical area (permanent)
4-Desire to spread home nations ideals (permanent)

Discord of this kind has not been seen since WWII and the Japanese threat, when “Japan” was taken to be a dirty word. If all visible “civilized” Islam would come down like a ton of bricks on ISIS, these bombers, and the like, then the modern liberal distinctions could be maintained. But is this what Hillary is trying to get to happen? No, she’s busy saying ISIS has nothing to do with Islam, rather than pushing Islam to its most hideous extremes.

Excellent point and to your statement quoted, HRC and the liberals of all flavors are pandering to the willful ignorance of their creed. Islam always has been, ever will be, catering to the most carnal of mans nature. Nothing in the Koran exhalts the supremacy of God's spirit in man. Instead, it lifts up savagery and lustful desires of both the flesh and the soul. An honest claim could be made that Mohammed transcribed Satan's unholy tome and presented it as gospel.
The end result is that Islam takes the past of least resistance and spreads, cancer-like through humanity.
