Pulse oximetry results should be reported with a notation listing what the patient is breathing at the time of observation. Default is room air, other possibilities include oxygen flow rate and delivery method.
Isnt b12 a mood stabilizer?
This report is medical malpractice
Why is mental condition in quotes?
That doc must be highly compensated.
Biosample and Tissue Resource, 2013
Objective/Rationale:
Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause a number of neurological symptoms, including instability, neuropathy (which may cause numbness and tingling) and cognitive defects. Recent studies in Parkinsons disease (PD) patients with neuropathy have shown that B12 deficiency is common. Also, we have recently observed that B12 levels decline over the course of PD. These observations have led us to hypothesize that concurrent B12 deficiency may contribute to overall decline in some patients.
Yeah...Dr Lisa...You better hope Hillary paid you enough to live out your life, because when the truth comes out about her condition, your medical career is over...
“Letter contains some medical information but misses key details including Clinton’s height and weight - but Tim Kaine’s is revealed”
==
Does this mean he’s really the one with pneumonia?
Please elaborate.
As is always the case with the Clinton’s, words are very carefully chosen, and what comes out may contain some facts but is never the “whole truth”.
To make sure Levaquin is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have:
tendon problems, bone problems, arthritis or other joint problems (especially in children);
slow heartbeats or other heart rhythm disorder (especially if you take medication to treat it);
a personal or family history of long QT syndrome;
liver or kidney disease;
a history of epilepsy or other seizure disorder;
a nerve disorder;
diabetes (especially if you use insulin or take oral diabetes medication);
low levels of potassium in your blood (hypokalemia);
or if you use a blood thinner (warfarin, Coumadin, Jantoven) and have "INR" or prothrombin time tests.
Same doctor says Hillary is prescribed Coumadin.

Leni
... I read somewhere that her height is 5’7” and her weight 137 pounds.
She looks shorter than 5’7 to me I would guess 5’5” at most and maybe she weighs 150.
She’s 5’3”.
I notice that they went to great lengths to make her bp slightly below normal, her pulse normal, and oximetry very high normal....
so she's coughing...hacking...has pneumonia...yet per oximetry is great?..
100/70 Is silly
esoecially when resting pulse Is 70
For mental performance, the following doses have been taken by mouth: 0.05-1 milligram vitamin B12 taken daily for four weeks to 5.4 years; 10 micrograms or 50 micrograms of cyanocobalamin daily for one month; and one milligram of cyanocobalamin weekly for four weeks. One 1,000 microgram vitamin B12 injection has been used daily for five days, followed by one 1,000 microgram injection monthly for five months. Additionally, 1000 microgram injections have been used weekly for four weeks or monthly for six months.
Posting Note: I used Google to find the above information at the above link. It was there. I coped the above from there. When I attempted to re-use the link, it's been taken down.
This was only one of a number of indications.
Hillary is probably a candidate for a broken hip.
