A 36-year-old Scottish tourist wearing traditional Muslim garb had her blouse set on fire in a bizarre incident outside a pricey Fifth Ave. boutique, police sources said Monday.
The victim noticed the sleeve of her blouse was charred and smoldering in the Saturday night attack, just hours before the ceremony marking the 15-year anniversary of 9/11. She was not badly hurt.

Years ago (before no smoking in public places) I was standing in line in an airport and a man nearby dropped flaming cigarette ashes on my suit lapel, burning several small holes in it. When confronted with that he merely shrugged and said "Sorry."

That supposedly is the image of him captured after the attack, at a point further along his route. The other attack they mentioned, Emirjeta Zhelili, is a surname most commonly associated with Kazakhstan. Lots of trouble must be associated with Muslims over there I guess.
