The University of Iowa could become the first school in the state to add a bachelor’s program in social justice to its list of degrees, provided its Board of Regents approves the motion.
Currently, the school already offers a first-year seminar on social justice as well as a “Justice for All” living learning community where students can live and “learn about systemic problems in our society.”

Is Iowa that liberal? Maybe the state legislature could specifically deny money to the university to fund such a ridiculous degree.
Universities should not be able to scam kids with these worthless degrees.

There are always plenty of low-paying jobs for people with no marketable skills.

That’s the problem. I have heard that people whe get a ‘degree’ in Native American Studies are among the most insidious and intrusive liberals to walk the face of the earth...I have heard it said that all major schoolbook publishers have one or more on full time staff.
These SJW graduates would just be more of the same.
Add U of Iowa to my list of “file in the ROUND file cabinet” when interviewing.
