Labor Day is here. Time to shift the campaign for freedom and against socialism into high gear. Quit pining and whining. Suck it up. Start leading!!

Excellent post, JR.
Assuming he doesn't do something colossally stupid before election day (not a given thing), I will probably suppress my gag reflex and pull the lever for Trump. To put that in perspective, I could not bring myself to pull the lever for Romney in 2012.
That said, few things irk me more than seeing people trash folks like Levin and Cruz on FR. Whether or not they are actively supporting Trump, they are still good guys and they have an absolute right to their opinions.
The worst outcome that can happen from this election -- even worse than a Hillary victory, in my opinion -- is for Trump to win, and then make an immediate hard-left turn once in office and take every one of his formerly conservative supporters with him. I see that as a real possibility and a real danger.
I pray it doesn't happen and that, despite the hundreds of red flags, Trump is the real deal. But if Trump does win and does stab conservatives in the back once in office, I expect to see each and every one of you out there ripping him for it.

Kudos for making an effort to move Levin.
Levin is dead to me.

The great thing about Trump he has exposed those who are for the people and those who are not. #NeverLevin fits into the latter.

I completely agree with you Jim about every point, except the one about Ted Cruz.
And if anyone’s is interested there’s a fascinating podcast from American Conservative University (1572) entitled “Washington’s Immortals-The Untold story of how an elite regiment changed the cours of the revolution. It’s fascinating because the author did so much research including the pension applications of Revolutionary war veterans.

Well, Levin had me as a fan for a while. An, nothing would please me more than old friends making up and burying the hatchet. But, I am afraid that Levin’s opposition to Trump in support of the globalists is too far a stretch for me.
No, Levin is dead to me. Now and forever.

People change sometimes, and it’s not always a change for the better.
As regards Levin, Limbaugh, and Beck, I couldn’t care less about the lot of them. All of them have made fortunes peddling their brand of conservatism. This election has found all of them to be wanting to various degrees. There are plenty of better voices out there to listen to, so there is really no point in being preoccupied by what they think or don’t think.
We don’t sit around and lament that the movie actress of ten years ago is no longer as attractive or popular or as comparatively talented as she once was. We move on because there are plenty of other ones out there.

Yep. Primaries are over. My candidate didn’t make it, and no apologies from the one that won that trashed him. But I’m not voting for Hillary. However, just look for the coming years of “I told you so.”

I stopped listening to Levin about the same time I stopped listening to Beck. Too histrionic and almost manic. I tuned in again just the other night. No change or not much. Maybe a TAD softer on Trump, but not enough to really help him win.

Somehow, this Aug 17 piece in PJMedia by cultural critic, screenwriter and author Michael Walsh didn't make it onto the Forum or the MAGA list, but it's worth a read by any lingering doubters:

Glenn Beck is a hopeless case. The others named are still reasonable men. I am watching Trump rallys on you tube vs. listening to talk shows. If folks would watch the Trump rallys, they would see substance there, not sound bytes.

My prediction is that before the election, Levin endorses Trump. He has to. He just has to.

Mark Levin wrote some very important books.
I have made countless notes on ‘Men in Black’.
More importantly — the LIBERTY AMENDMENTS.
Thomas Jefferson and Hamilton were bitter rivals as well. We shouldn’t expect anyone to be better than those two.
