Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump plans to detour from the campaign trail on Wednesday to visit Mexico and meet with President Enrique Pena Nieto at his invitation, a surprise trip scheduled just hours before Trump delivers an immigration policy speech in Arizona.
Nieto and Trump each confirmed late Tuesday that Trump accepted the invitation and the two would meet in private Wednesday.
Campaign manager Kellyanne Conway told Fox News the two would discuss illegal immigration, trade and drugs. Trump running mate Mike Pence also said they would begin a conversation about a proposed border wall, along with other issues.

Some of you aren’t going to like this but.......There’s no way Trump is going to do all the things he says or you hope. Sending millions back AND bringing all those jobs back here would completely collapse Mexico. Ain’t gonna happen and it would be inhumane because it would affect millions of innocent Mexican citizens.
Build the wall and stop the flow.
Bring some of the jobs back.
Start sending the worst of them back.
Enforce laws on the books.
When they get caught with DUI etc. Deport.
No mass deportations. We’d have constant, violent protesting and he’d get nothing done due to news cycle.
Bring some jobs back from other countries, without collapsing them. Trump’s not an evil man. He’s not going to be able to instantly change things like China’s currency manipulation. Red China would start shooting their citizens en masse when they protest the sudden collapse. Again, violent human rights protests here, nothing gets done.

Personally, I think the US is going to have to help Mexico straighten itself out, help defeat the cartels. I’ve always thought, why the hell are we nation building in the M.E. when our direct neighbor to the South is so screwed up.

My take is the that Trump will tell this guy very politely that there will be a “wall tax” on every Chevrolet, Ford,Dodge, Toyota vehicle coming across that border”.
He will go on to say that “you might as well get used to that because it is going to happen”.
Since the cost of that wall amortized over 20 years is pennies compared to the trade involved, little pup Mexico will have no choice but bend over.

Now, I think Trump's first priority should be showing what kind of a president he would be; going to Louisiana was a big part of that, and now the Mexico trip is along those same lines.
Unlike Obama, he won't travel abroad and apologize. He will go to other countries to make the case for America, and try to find areas of common interests. That's what presidents should do, and that's what Trump will do.
The media can't hide this story, and though it will pain them to show Trump in a positive light, this will go a long way to help the average voter see Trump in a new light. They are beginning to see that the media has been lying to them for a while.

Adults set out to solve problems, sometimes see a route to failure and then change the rout to eliminate that failure. A two year old charges ahead and wrecks the vehicle. Hillary Clinton is known for many things - among them is her penchant for monochrome pantsuits.
It appears Clinton has taken her matchy-matchy look off-duty, rocking a lime green ensemble in the Hamptons a year after she wore the same outfit during her annual vacation in 2015.
While Clinton was enjoying some time off last year, she’s hoping to drum up cash among New York’s elite this time around with a three-day fundraising extravaganza, Politico reported.
