How can you enter into an agreement about something like "sweeping climate change"...unless the NWO has already been formed and worldwide law is being established? Should have seen the writing on the wall when the U.S signed the Arms Trade Treaty sponsored by the United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs (for thee but not for me) on Christmas Eve 2014...

When we allowed a man into the office of President that was not a natural born citizen, what did we expect?

A presidential agreement can be unbound by another president. Only a constitutional treaty is binding as the law of the land.

There are executive agreements. However, an executive agreement must be within the realm of Constitutional presidential competency..i.e., as Commander in Chief, as in a status of forces agreement or in foreign policy. This is neither. The next president or any future president can choose to ignore this action by Obama.
We’ve been through this before. He can sign it but it is not a treaty and is not binding in any way. I think Bubba pulled the same thing years ago..and the senate unanimously voted it down.
Their goal is to make it too difficult to undo, especially after 8 years of Hillary and then Kaine after she falls again or whatever.
But we’re not smart enough to know how they’ll do that.
