RALEIGH, N.C. — A federal judge ruled Friday that two students and an employee must be allowed to use restrooms matching their gender identity at University of North Carolina campuses, and he said they have a strong chance of proving the state's bathroom-access measure violates federal law.
U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder temporarily blocked the University of North Carolina from making the three plaintiffs follow the restroom provision of the so-called HB2 law as the larger case makes its way to trial in November. His final decision on the law won't come until after trial.
Passed in March, HB2 requires transgender people to use restrooms in schools and many public buildings that correspond to the sex on their birth certificates, rather than their gender identity. It also excludes gender identity and sexual orientation from statewide anti-discrimination protections.

This title by WRAL-TV makes it seem that all North Carolina is under this judge’s order. It is just the university.
Then let the judge come down and be the hall monitor to ensure they get to go in.
Not that UNC will have any problem enforcing this—it’s certainly what they want.
According to Facebook, there are at least 58 genders, I’m told. This is going to be great for plumbers, because everyone will have to install a whole bunch of new bathrooms, at our expense of course.
How many square feet would 58 bathrooms take up?

It’s “Ma’am” - but that’s ok. I have been called worse things than “sir”....LOL.
If I was a woman (or girl) and saw a guy in the ladies’ room or ladies’ changing area/locker room I’d run out screaming “pervert”.That’s the way to solve this.
