First offense prison rape: Solitary for 1 year
Second offense: Castration
Third offense: Bullet to the head
No male should be forced into gay sex.

Anybody who thinks that they are not constantly monitored on a public street or an open to the public business is either really stupid, or completely blind to all the cameras.
They are not that hard to find if you just pay attention.
Don’t pick your nose outside your own home, because somebody is watching you and laughing their A$$ off.
If you read the signs on a school campus, a college, a university, a shopping mall, or any other public place; “CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED FOR YOUR SAFETY”, don’t be foolish enough to believe it.
No camera ever stopped an assault, a rape, or a robbery; they are sometimes useful to catch the perp AFTER the crime.
I speak from experience, I used to install those cameras and review the results.
May be a short one as no criminal charges have been filed. He may have answered the question “ where did you get the drugs?” as part of a deal. Those who he rolled on won’t be too happy about that.
He might as well find a new town as I’m sure all local law enforcement officers now know what he looks like and would point it out to anyplace he works in the future.

Let me give you a for instance, cop is high on the job, gets caught, claims that his drink that he got out of the fountain himself was drugged.

There is a stack of cups turned upside down at the register, you buy your drink, they hand you the cup and you go fill it yourself.
No chance to tamper with it.
So suspicion until further information comes to light is both logical and reasonable.
