Why are some dwelling endlessly on the configuration of this Subway store and how one obtains his/her drinks there?

Because this is FR and we do not mindlessly accept what the media says but speak up when something does not make sense.

In this case it the fact that it was a drive though answered the question and makes the story believable.

There have been a number of news stories that because of this very tendency were exposed as frauds.

No matter what, a customer was intentionally drugged.

And Michael Brown was a gentle college boy and Trayvon was just out for an evening stroll.

How do I know? The media told me so.

Reality turned out to be ever so slightly different.

Let me give you a for instance, cop is high on the job, gets caught, claims that his drink that he got out of the fountain himself was drugged.

Not what happened in this case but it could have.

Especially since the Subway store cameras caught their employee specifically tampering with this particular drink before subsequent delivery to the customer.
This will not likely be the crime of the century.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
We are likely not dealing with a sandwich-making employee who researches cures for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease during his time away from work.
