State Department officials are attempting to block multiple lawsuits seeking Bill Clinton's speech schedules by redacting the documents heavily or withholding them until after the election.
A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the Republican National Committee has yielded just 14 pages of schedules so far, most of which were redacted beyond coherence, said Raj Shah, an RNC spokesman. And on Monday, the State Department provided Politico with 1,000 pages of documents — most of which were redacted entirely and contained only text that read "Page Denied" — in response to a request filed more than six years ago.
Shah said the State Department had scrubbed most of the former president's speech schedules on the grounds that Bill Clinton is a private citizen and therefore not subject to the same disclosure requirements as public officials.
"Claiming that he's a private citizen is laughable in that context," Shah said, noting that the schedules were circulated throughout the State Department during Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state.

Yeah. Like that is ever going to happen. LOL! The Department of State Department is another governmental department joke on the people of America.
He is the presumed “first husband.” I guess that’s where they get their “rationale.”
Most presidential documents become subject to FOI five years after the president leaves office.
Of course, the former POTUS still has a veto over what is released, for “personal” reasons, etc.
But it’s doubtful the State Dept. on its own can issue a blanket ban on the release of government documents.
That should be challenged.

The evil of our government is so complete, everything is rigged just like Trump says. We’ve all experienced it for as long as we can remember. I pray that support for Trump is underestimated and he wins in such a landslide that demoncrat fraud is overcome. This Beast must be starved and Trump will do it. Trump will kick ass and take names. If he doesn’t win, it’s all over but the crying, suffering and dying at the hands of the epitome of evil, islamism, which the demoncrats will allow to take over our country.

When ex-president Bill Clinton speaks at an overseas venue, he gets major support from the local U.S. embassy.
He gets logistics assistance, security assistance, and staffing assistance, all paid for by taxpayers. And that’s in addition to his own taxpayer funded SS detail.
I have FB friends in DOS, who post about how they got excused from their day jobs of visa interviews or whatever, and instead end up doing liaison and gopher work for Clinton and his entourage.
So the “private” individual excuse is pure BS.
I bet you could just look at the Clinton Crime Family Foundation documents and filings and learn all this, right? After all, it’s a non-profit.
