At least 13 people have been killed and others have been injured after an explosion and fire ripped through the Le Cuba Libre bar in the French city of Rouen, reports say. Only few details were immediately available

The fire was allegedly caused by an accidental explosion on site, the publication reports. Authorities expect the death toll to rise, the newspaper added.

The initial reports, of course the European leaders certainly are trying to keep a lid on the crime being committed by welcomed Asian guests.

It’s crazy how i learned the story. A friend from work was doing a documentary about every war in which he could interview a living American solier. This was 15 years ago so I THINK he covered WWI.

My uncle agreed ot the interview as a favor to me, and I think to get it off his chest as he was close to the end of his time here and knew it.

What a video. Geez.

PTSD wasn’t just discovered. He had terrible nightmares his whole life as did my Vietnam brother in law.

And my uncle was TOUGH. No shame in it.
