It was so dishonest of Kaine to say Trump is cheating on his taxes. I don’t believe that anyone that’s been audited for 14 straight years is going to cheat on their taxes.
Kaine should point his disdain to someone like George Soros who uses a Caribbean Island as headquarters to dodge paying taxes in the USA.

They already have his tax returns, they would rather see him release it so there isn’t a criminal investigation when they release them to the press

I’m afraid there is nothing to see in his tax returns. If there was something there, the IRS would have leaked them a long time ago.
Remember when Bill Clinton wouldn’t release his medical records? Or Obama’s college transcripts? or....
That reward could only go to an IRS employee, or to somebody working for Trump’s accountant. An IRS leak is far more likely!
