Dozens of Bernie Sanders delegates walked out of their Democratic National Convention and many promised to leave the political party in protest.
Vincent Venditti, a George delegate pledged to Sanders, said outside the Wells Fargo Center that he considers himself an independent effectively immediately.

Their protest and subsequent exodus from the Democratic Party is in line with hundreds of protesters outside the security perimeter, who said Hillary Clinton's nomination as the Democratic candidate for president would prompt them to quit the party.

We are, or should be, able to relate. We were sold down the river by our “leaders”. Time after time. Many is the time they pissed on our heads and told us it was rain. And we believed them. Bernie’s fans only got screwed once. We, multiple times over a period of years.

Well, Bern is pretty much a socialist. Perhaps not a corrupt one like Clinton tho. I’m sure anyone who doesn’t like Clinton has done their research on her and there’s no way in hell someone can suddenly turn their blinders on overnight to that kind of deceitful, negligent, contemptuous, self centered, entitled, unqualified, criminal, betraying candidate and decide to vote for her because someone says so.
I don’t know much about Sanders. I don’t agree with his politics, but he seems like an ok person.

In every socialist nation you are told who to vote for. Why should they think the DemocRat Party would be any different?
Leave the party and go where??? The Communist Party USA??? They certainly ain’t going conservative and join the conservative party. Oh, wait, they can join the RINO party and be apart of the republican establishment party. That should work for them.
My Atlanta Falcons did that and lost a draft pick or two for it.
