On March 3, 2016 Senator Ted Cruz told the FOX News debate audience he would support Donald Trump if he was the Republican nominee.
Bret Baier: Senator Cruz will you support Donald Trump if he is the nominee?
Senator Ted Cruz: Yes, because I gave my word I would. And what I have endeavored to do every day in the senate is do what I said I would do.

Will candidates honor pledge to support Republican nominee?

Republican presidential candidates respond at #GOPDebate in Detroit
Thanks, maggief.
Cruz: Scum of the earth.
LIAR!
Another UNIPARTY eunuch who lies. The lie is the weapon used most often by the criminal/socialist/totalitarian. Ted Cruz and the rest of the Gang of 535 along with former members Barry, Hillary and Kasich should be in federal prison. Land of the thieves...
home of the slaves.
Enemies foreign, enemies domestic.
The most evil government in the history of the republic.

Everyone has to see that. Cruz is downright creepy, and Kasick isn’t much better. It goes without saying we can’t believe ANYTHING he has said or will ever say in the future.

Cruz, Bush, Kasich - just a bunch of political hacks.
They should lock those 3 losers in a room and play that on a continuous loop until Trump is elected.
Great flash back! Thanks!
Good post. Got Kasich the worm too!
You cannot expect honor from a man who has none. Those of us who were on to Cruz early have been totally vindicated.
Teddy Cruz damaged himself, showed he lacks principles. Same for Kasich. Greta had good comments about Kasich, said he could at least have been gracious and said a few words welcoming the convention.
Sen. Cruz should support the party nominee with a full-throated endorsement, but I understand the bitterness for Mr. Trumps personal attacks on his wife and father.
