Reports surfaced on Thursday afternoon that presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump picked Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as his vice president (VP).
“As Trump narrowed in on his choice of Pence, the two men spent time at both Trump’s golf resort in New Jersey in early July and at the Indiana governor’s mansion this week,” Roll Call notes, citing an anonymous Republican source for the report.
The New York Times and CBS have also reported the pick is Pence.
However, the Trump campaign is denying this is true.

Trump has a warm relationship with Drudge. I am for certain that he sent a cryptic message to Drudge. In the meantimes, the media will be talking about this all day and all night and in the morning... then anxiously waiting for 11am.
Meanwhile back at the Clinton ranch, no really gives two shytes on who she’ll pick. Oh wait, it was announced... Jeb Bush.
Eh...it gets the BS out of the way so by the time tomorrow rolls around the news coverage will be more about what they said at the news conference then about the new conference.

People have to remember what the role of the VP is. It is a unity ticket. I wish 51% of the GOP was on trump’s side but it is not. You need to show the other side you will have one of their own on the inside.
Because Bush undid a lot of the good Reagan did. He was such a liust candidate, he paved the way to 8 years of Clinton.
Trump picking a pro-amnesty VP is incomprehensible to me.
I repeat, Townhall is citing Indy Star which is owned by Gannett.
Hopefully it steals the news cycle from Obambi’s “Race Relations” meeting with Police and their murderers.

The Trump campaign has indicated that Pence has not as yet been chosen. But he has owned the news/story all day long without ever himself making an appearance.
He and his campaign are playing the press, the DNC, and all the rest like a fine fiddle.
But if it is Pence...I am perfectly fine with him, It would be a nod to folks like Cruz and his supporters that Trump is willing to put someone with the same basic beliefs one heartbeat away from the presidency.
I would also be happy with Gingrich. Despite some of his baggage, he is someone who knows the ropes, someone who has gotten major things accomplished, and someone whom I view as loyal American.

What we know: aides to Pence and other VP hopefuls thought Trump would call earlier today, make things clear. But Trump holding off for now.
I like her alot...but there are just too many ppl who do not like her. Pence was the perfect pick for Trump and it shows he’s got the right idea and we can trust him. I’m very happy if it’s Pence.
