Woman Facebook live-streams her dying boyfriend seconds after he is shot four times by a cop as his mother says police kept her from her son's deathbed and claims the girlfriend is now missing ===============================================
The devastated mother of a black man who was shot dead by a cop and whose death was live-streamed on Facebook by his girlfriend says she was prevented from seeing him on his deathbed.
Valerie Castile, mother of Philando Castile, 32, who was shot in Falcon Heights, Saint Paul, Minnesota on Wednesday night, also claimed they have been unable to locate Diamond Reynolds, his girlfriend, since she was arrested by police.
The shocking footage of the aftermath of the shooting has sparked protests in Saint Paul, with hundreds of people descending on the Governor of Minnesota's house demanding justice. It is the second controversial police shooting of a black man to emerge in 24 hours.
In the video, Reynolds tells viewers that she and Castile were pulled over for a busted tail light by a 'Chinese police officer'.
She claims the cop, from the St. Anthony Police Department in Falcon Heights, asked Castile, a cafeteria supervisor at a Montessori school in St Paul, to show his license, but then shot him four times while he reached for it.
As she talks, she moves the camera across to show Castile, bloody and losing consciousness, and the cop - still pointing his gun, as her young daughter sits in the back seat.
The police officer, who is yet to be identified, been placed on paid leave.

The COP will get a paid vacation and be back on the streets in no time.
I disagree. This is not even a case of “I feared...etc”
It was outright murder..........................
“The police had not given the OK to move his hands. Stopped driver moved his hands”
He wasn’t the driver. And yes, he told him to get his ID out.
FR certainly has changed over the years.
He was a passenger, not driver.
The cop had told him to produce his ID...........................
“I guess Dont move means dont move.”
Then what does “give me your ID” mean?
No, there are many good honest cops. At least here in the South.
FR hasn’t changed. It’s the world that has......................
She knew if she was dramatic, she might get shot too. She told the cop a few times that she was keeping her hands up and not making trouble.
Best she could do. She saw that trigger happy guy shoot him for doing what he said, so she was calm and kept filming.
There is something seriously wrong with that video. When I started watching it, I noticed immediately that the Steering Wheel was on the wrong side for a US automobile, but the two are speaking with distinctly American accents.
No, he's not a passenger, he's the driver. You can see the steering wheel in front of him. Somehow I think they have the video reversed left to right.
Go watch the video again and notice the steering wheel in front of him.
Basically for the first moment I start to get pulled over ever action I take is to protect the officer and make him feel safe.
I always pull MUCH further over to the side than most would giving him more room to maneuver safely off to the side of the vehicle, always have all my documents already out and the window down and hands clearly visible. I am polite and respectful and usually truly sorry and apologetic.
And everything goes smoothly with me getting let go with just a warning 90% of the time.
“No, Im not a member of the police lobby. I have a CCW permit though so I know the law as it applies to Concealed Carry permits.”
Sure, if you say so.
I found your post to be self-righteous, callous, judgmental and dismissive.
Everyone who has a CCW knows the first thing you do is put both hands on the steering wheel or the dashboard and inform the police officer you have a CCW. Its the law folks!
Minnesota will settle out of court and she will get rich and a new boyfriend.
Happened that way in SC last year. That man was lucky and survived.
Not clear if it actually happened that way in MN, if the woman’s account is accurate. But she is so much calmer than the police officer, who is in a panic.

I saw that, too. Had been trying to figure out how if my cell camera was towards me in the car, it would reverse the interior of the car. Guess it won’t?
This is bad, real bad.
5.56mm
Guy in Baton Rouge was charged with having sex with a 15 y.o. when he was 20. It might be illegal, it might be wrong, but it’s normal biology, not pedophilia.
That and put badge cams on them that automatically stream the video to their car's storage system to which the officer has no access.
Cameras will do wonders to correct a lot of bad police behavior.
I noticed the same thing ... maybe a European import?
“Do NOT start reaching for stuff as the cop walks up to the car.”
I was driving with my wife one night and was pulled over for speeding. The cop walks to the window and asks me for my lic and registration. I look over and my wife already has her arms elbow deep in the glove box rapidly shuffling papers. I thought one or both of us were going to be shot. I got off with a warning and had to explain to my wife that her eagerness to be helpful might have gotten us killed. Luckily we both white (and older).
“Basically for the first moment I start to get pulled over ever action I take is to protect the officer and make him feel safe.”
Do it however you want sport. It’s no skin off my nose. But rooting around in the cab before he approaches doesn’t make a cop feel safe.
