According to sources that are familiar with the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server, the former Secretary of State is not expected to face charges in the probe.
This, according to CNN’s Senior Producer Edward Mejia Davis, who took to Twitter shortly ago to indicate the likely announcement of “no charges”:
During an unexpected interview hit on MSNBC this evening with Chuck Todd, Clinton herself was asked about the reports that she would not face charges. “As we were talking, there are news reporters that indicate no charges may be brought against you and a final decision in a couple weeks,” said Todd in the waning seconds of the hit.
“Chuck I am not going to comment on the process. I have no knowledge of any timeline. This is entirely up to the Department,” said Clinton, who voluntarily sat with the FBI this morning for 3.5 hours as part of their final stage of the investigation into the possible violation of the law and the handling of classified material.

I thought it was a silly comment. then I thought perhaps I just didn’t understand it, and a little more detail would clarify things for me.

Setting aside the “the fix is in” mantra, that conclusion cannot be known, but only guessed at.
The vaunted integrity of the FBI director, if it exists at all, is the critical factor. If he does not have integrity, then of course she won’t be charged with anything at all.
If he does have integrity, and stands like Gibraltar, insisting publicly that she should be charged, Hillary is over, even if the AG does not bring charges.
The outcome was determined before they ever started the investigation. It was all a put on to make the people believe that Hillary did nothing wrong.
Now you know why the interview /interrogation was held during the Fourth of July weekend. The only thing the majority of people will hear reported by the mediawhores was the beast was cleared of any wrong doing and bubbas turmacgate was an accidental snafu!

Yep of course. I have worked at 3 different top 3 HMO insurance companies in California. At each , they fired employees and fined the companies millions, for either transmitting protected health information,(PHI) or in the 3rd case losing a laptop with patients PHI on it.
