Family Sues TSA for Beating Their Deaf, Blind and Brain Damaged Teen Daughter Bloody at Airport

Yet another example of an innocent American attempting to travel by plane in the U.S. (Pic: WREG)

It seems people aren’t just suing the TSA for missing their flights these days.

An 18-year-old partially deaf girl, blind in one eye and with limited ability to walk and talk, spent 17 years of her life travelling between Chattanooga and Memphis for treatment of her brain tumor at a children’s hospital. Her last experience returning home from treatment via the Memphis Airport, however, left her beaten, blooded, and locked up in a Shelby County jail like the potential terrorist the TSA thinks she is.

Via Reason:

When Hannah went through the metal detector at the airport, an alarm went off. Disoriented by the noise, she did not immediately cooperate with TSA agents who asked to conduct further screening.

Shirley Cohen tried to inform the agents about her daughter’s disabilities, she told television station WREG, but airport police kept her away. That’s when the situation between Hannah and the TSA officials became violent:

“She’s trying to get away from them but in the next instant, one of them had her down on the ground and hit her head on the floor. There was blood everywhere,” said [Shirley].

The family is suing for a “reasonable sum not exceeding $100,000 and costs.” Reason reports that when asked about it, (an apparently heartless) TSA spokeswoman responded with, “passengers can call ahead of time to learn more about the screening process for their particular needs or medical situation.”

Oh really? Can they call ahead to learn more about how TSA agents have little to no discernment whatsoever between a suspected terrorist and a scared teen with mental and physical disabilities? Can a traveler call to find out just what kind of abuse they are most likely to receive from TSA thugs if they are already unfortunate enough to suffer from a “medical situation” when they are going to fly on a plane?

Versions of this same story come out of airports so often, the nation has sadly gotten used to this open show of innocent Americans being beaten like slaves at airports.

Dear homer,

re: “Homeland Security’s function needs to be assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Too many ABC agencies that overlap. “

BEFORE 9/11 and the rollercoaster over citizens’ rights called The Patriot Act, which began the history of the lovely D.H.S., the F.B.I. DID do the work of protecting the home soil, and the C.I.A. DID do its work, outside the national borders.

The initial hiring reports of the lovely D.H.S., and in their application forms, they were directed to hire those who have “achieved” their G.E.D., instead of just hiring normal and natural as it has been for many years, high school GRADUATES.

So that allowed the knuckle-draggers that could not discern the correct answer to the military drill instructors’ barked question of: “Do you liquor, or do you (rhyming word)?”

Give a moron a place in employment of authority, and it will always come out bad. Ask the German Nazis.

Yes, the D.H.S. MUST BE DISBANDED, and the original spheres of authority between the two agencies restored, but with the interconnection for data shared when an offender crosses the border, with the correct handoff.

During WW2, the F.B.I. did ALL the counter-espionage work, and did it well. The O.S.S., Grandaddy of the C.I.A., did all the stir-ups overseas. (I suggest you look up the history of the late actor Sterling Hayden as an example.)

Let us not forget that Thugs Standing Around was a creation of RINO, establishment hack George W Bush with full support of the GOPe. It sickens me to think how I supported these people once upon a time with my eyes wide shut.

Screw the uniparty elitist establishment. Trump 2016.

I appreciate your experience and I, too, have encountered some lovely gentleman here at our airport in Pittsburgh. They’ve been kind to my young daughter and my pregnant self when traveling. However, they seem the exception rather than the norm. My experiences at every other airport have been less than pleasant.

I don't think Americans who truly know what's going on ...

Sadly I've come to the conclusion that most people hear these stories and just don't care...until it happens to them.

I never singled out TSA employees. I’m saying that there are far worse things in the world than racism.

My Husband and I were talking last night about taking the train from SC to DC for $100, I really want him to see the Smithsonian museums. Make a weekend out of it.

My son and I took a train vacation this spring. Mostly, we did it because of the Arlo Guthrie song, "City of New Orleans." We took the Capitol Express from DC to Chicago and spent the day in Chicago (and managed to avoid getting shot). Then we took The City of New Orleans down and spent a few days in New Orleans. Last, we took The Crescent (also named after New Orleans) back to DC.

The train is bumpier than an airplane, but we had quite an enjoyable vacation. We rode in the sleeping cars. Meals were included in the ticket price, and they cook wonderful meals right there on the train.

For security, you basically get on the train. It's how flying was when I was a kid.

That scenario does not even include the millions who will starve to death when the JIT food distribution is smashed; the millions who will die of exposure when their homes are destroyed; the millions who will die for lack of medical care; the millions who will die of heat prostration or hypothermia depending on the season and duration of such utter madness.

Expect the dead to be piled high and cremation fires to burn round the clock ... and that's just the civilian or non-participatory individuals

Meanwhile, execution will continue apace drawing large crowds:

Be careful what you wish for ... some things have a way of getting totally out of control and biting hard on the original supporters, with the end result not looking at all like what the supporters envisioned - if they are still among the living ...

They are going to have substantial lawyer costs.

The article said that they are suing for costs, as well.

That’s probably because you’re white (I’m assuming). If you were black or “other minority,” the test would consist of you sitting in front of a computer screen and the instructor asking “Can you see this screen?” If you answer “Yes,” you’re hired. If you answer “No,” you’re hired and made a supervisor.

I don't think Americans who truly know what's going on with these uneducated animals who head citizens like cattle through a back-and-forth cattle herding maze.

I do.

Last month I had a business trip that required me to spend several days in a city more than 2,000 miles from home.

I drove more than 32 hours each way rather than put myself through the sh!t that is called "airline travel" these days.

TSA is unconstitutional and the search is mostly of innocent people who should NEVER allow ANYONE to touch them or force them through cancer-causing machines

——only profiling (like Israel does) is Constitutional because it uses REASON which is essential to ALL Justice Systems-—otherwise, they are irrational and unconstitutional “laws” which make them “null and void”.

Case Law is unconstitutional if it is antithetical to the Constitution and God’s Laws (Christian Ethics—the most rational and just (equal for all people)) religion of all time)—the SUPREME LAW which is based on Natural Law (Natural Duties) and God’s Laws (Blackstone’s Commentaries on Law).

Today, judges are using satanic religions to force their Rites and Worldview on our children which is removed from science/reason and God’s Laws-—which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL-—like normalizing the vice of vulgar, vile behaviors that use humans in meaningless, evil, dehumanizing ways—like sodomy and killing-babies. and selling baby-body parts and buying human beings (removing biological parents—Frankenstein science—experiments on humans/babies should be unconstitutional. It is satanism—antithetical to Natural Laws/God’s Laws.

We have LOST the 4th Amendment completely, which is UNALIENABLE (can’t give it away if you wanted to)——yet, our evil “justices” have ALLOWED THIS unconstitutional “law” to proceed. They need to be in prison for Treason.

We need to put judges in prison for Treason-—esp. 3 on the SCOTUS who have proven they work for Stalin’s Constitution which is antithetical to the Supreme Law-—which is NOT THEM-—it is the Constitution.

“There are thousands of TSA employees and it is highly unfortunate that the “good” employees are blamed for the acts of but a few.”

The TSA’s employee pool of sociopaths and deadwood is irredeemable.

I travel a fair amount and I’ll speak in defense of TSA. The people I’ve encountered have all been pleasant, courteous, professional, efficient, and generally helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience with TSA. The people on the front lines have an incredibly tough job managing the huge numbers of people and getting them all screened quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.

What really makes me furious is that we have to do this crap at all. If we’d go after the known and obvious cause of terrorism, we wouldn’t have to waste billions of man hours per year with this ridiculous system. Frankly, I would be happy if ALL moslems were booted out of the US and not even allowed to visit the US. Let them all live in crapistan where they belong.

I’m sorry if you are one of the few “moderate” moslems who hates to see vile terrorism as much as I do, but you have a duty to reform your seventh century primitive “religion” and force it to coexist peacefully with other religions. You have all failed miserably in your duty.

Amen, Bro (or Sis, as the case may be). If I can’t drive somewhere in two days, there’s no real reason to go. And I speak from experience; driving from South Carolina to Ottawa, Canada in a pleasant unhurried two day trip. Attended a wedding at the Chateau Laurier & saw the capital. Drove back & visited friends & Arlington Cemetery.

There’s a lot you can see in about a 1,200 mile radius from home wherever it is in America.

Meanwhile, TSA needs to be stripped of its authority & its agents of their badges and guns after which they should handed over to an angry mob of citizens. The image of that poor beaten child will haunt me for a long time. Those bloody savages need a good beating themselves, the swine.

And Muslim TSA agents only add insult to injury. We are on the edge of morphing into a police state.

Been through Houston Intercontinental and seen the TSA folks there?

They look like a bunch of hood rats in uniform.
