Scott Adams explains why Trump is a political genius

The comments on women are worth the 1/2 hour listen alone.

Glad you said that. If I had said it in my comments, people would not believe it. The comments on women was the most interesting part of the interview.
Doesn’t matter if he doesn’t understand conservatives, they’re going to ( on the whole) vote for Trump. It’s a question of what the mushy moderates will do.
I lived in MA when Scott Brown ran for the Senate and won, and when he ran and lost. He was not an impressive candidate. He won the first time because not even liberal MA wanted Obamacare shoved down their throats. He lost to the fake Indian because there was no longer any rationale to elect him.
Hillary’s attempting to get the Sanders vote...
Very entertaining. Hope he is right, and I think he is.
Brexit is the start of a major stock market collapse potentially taking the markets down 50%. I suspect this will happen. If this comes to pass before elections, say hello to President Trump.
Not gonna happen. EU has no power to control anything inside UK after they are out. Remember one simple fact...UK is a huge market for many goods and services from other 27 EU countries. That is the same leverage Americans have over China. If US market is closed or tariffs are imposed, China can not survive.
The interviewer, Michael Strong, is a Libertarian who thinks a Welded Johnson has a chance at winning the 2016 election. It was interesting towards the end how Adams tries to talk Strong out of his fears of a President Trump — using the tools of persuasion discussed in the video.
No! You got it backwards. Any collapse in stocks will be exploited as Trump’s fault for backing Brexit.
Stocks will be higher in November than current levels.
Anyone can make predictions ... a dozen a day! ... when there’s no penalty for being wrong.
There are a lot of scenarios under which Trump could win the general election, and an equal number under which Hillary could win. (Coming up with a way for someone else to win takes more creativity ... no killing them off, that’s too easy.)
NONE of these events has occurred up to this point. I haven’t had an adult beverage all month, so I know I didn’t miss it while I was drunk.
The media has been somewhat successful in defining Trump as impulsive and i.e. dangerous. That was their plan and it is working somewhat.
Newt Gingrich as VP would bring balance to this and his is one smart man. Also his debating skills are excellent. The VP will be Newt.
I consider Brown a squish at best, and a flip-flopping turncoat at worst.
Brown was minority leader in the Great and General Court (Massachusetts Legislature) for years.
He appeals to women, and is much younger than Warren. He’s also moved to New Hampshire, and will probably run for senate from there again in the future.
A drawback is favorite son appeal. He might help in New England, but Trump is not going to win in New England, except maybe New Hampshire. If Trump wins New England, it means a fifty state romp.
The MA TEA party, that worked like dogs to put Brown in the Senate, share your view. They ended up pretty disgusted with Brown’s squishy, tilted-liberal Senate record.
You miss my point.
Britain isn’t BREXITing.
The UK won’t “be out”.
The powerful, having established a system that works for them, will tell the majority populace “STFU” and delay the exit into forgotten oblivion.
Hahaha keep up with news. The next PM in UK will be the chief instigator for Brexit. He has similar hair and looks as Trump.
**Im not sure even women know what other women are thinking.**
You need to check out what some of the leading women on FR are saying.
