Good thing the majority of elected alternates are Trump supporters.

I agree with you on this, whatever quibbles I may have had or do have, Trump has the delegates and they damn well ought to vote for him, to pull this crap at this late date is dishonorable not an ethical stand on their part. They should have resigned a long time ago....and quietly, not at this late date and in a manner to create notoriety for themselves.

I agree. The GOPes are making their party look very childish. What about honor? There is no “honor” among these thieves.
They risk the election of the Hag/Witch by acting like spoiled brats. We the people have spoken and they aren't listening. This, I am afraid, shows that there never was a two party system. It is the establishment that controls both the Dems and the Repubs. To me the Republicans have always been a little easier to stomach. This election cycle is changing my mind.
If DJ Trump is not the nominee, all hell will break loose and the “uniparty” will emerge from the shadows where it has always lurked.
We will be truly doomed.

Voting will be discredited and the conflict will move into the streets. Frankly it’s going to happen sooner or later with the Democrats endless voter fraud.

I know that... I just don’t understand them letting hillary in... hillary will also take their seat away from them if she’s elected. They care for NO ONE outside of themselves. I go as far back as remembering Isenhower and it’s never been this bad.. not even close... to the corruptness today. They have no soul... they and the media are the ones who could stop obama but they won’t. they protect him and he’s not worth it, he needs to be found out.

The media, Fox News that I used to watch. Bret Baier who I will never trust again, all of the republicans are in this and if there be one that isn’t, they will treat him so bad that he will convert.

The dishonesty.. the lies... they are as bad as the democrats who I have loathed for so long.. and that leaves no one to represent us except Trump... and he’d better get his act together before they give hillary the throne. Her past and background disqualifies her... but who cares any more beside me!

I guess they figure by doing that they’ll still be able to continue feeding at the GOP trough...Good luck.

resign? Why?

Because their inside track to cushy jobs, favors from the status quo politicians they’re aligned with - won’t be there with Trump.

A Trump administration will sweep a lot of the hallowed halls clean - the power cartels are going to take a big hit.

Let them resign - and put in honest people - people who want to SERVE to help save this country, not to feather their nests. (I’ve served as state delegate more than once/ Very disappointed in why the majority of the people were there.)

Ryan, RINOs, Hillary-Bernie Red Shirts are on the same propaganda page.

There is a full-court press on language.

Onambla cannot utter Radical Islamic Terroist without stuttering.

Ryan cannot attack Onambla--only Trump.

In truth there is no "radical" in any true description of Muslims.

The current pack of traitors violates its oath to defend the Constitution.

A Marxist-Muslim drumbeat whitewashes Islam and demonizes the Second Amendment.

Bill Moyers' Daisy-Plucking Girl won't work this time.

Hasta la vista, Hillary!

I believe the REPUBLICAN PARTY is totally ball less...lead by Mitt Romney... I regret my voting for him in 2012...and Ryan, no words left to describe him...

I stayed home in 2012. For good reason. Should Trump not be on the ballot in 2016,for whatever reason, I will stay home... again.

Unfortunately people listen to what the media and television interpret what he says, rather than go to you tube, which they all use, to listen to what he actually says.

May God bless trump! Go Trump! Were gonna win this time!

‘Previous commitments’? There goes the modicum of respect I would have had for them for following their consciences. Trump for president. Clinton for prison.

That’s OK - their votes go to him anyway and there won’t be a second round so they can write “quisling” on their mirrors as a daily reminder....

Meanwhile democrat delegates have no problem voting for a candidate under an FBI criminal investigation.

This is nothing more than self preservation. They believe that associating with Trump will cost them come November.

AZ, a normally reliably red state, is now in play. As are other traditionally reliable red states such as GA, UT, NC and a few others. He is down double digits in the national polls and there is no indication at this time that he is remotely close to flipping a blue state.

Don't shoot the messenger. There is time to turn this around...but not a lot of time to do it.

Seems there are a great many so-called republicans who would rather hand the United States over to Hillary than vote for Trump.

Idiots.

Then replace them with delegates who do have honor.

No. They have honor. They aren't breaaking the rules, and we have alternates for this purpose. The NeverTrumpers are overestimating their support. Those of us who doubted Trumps trustworthiness are mostly willing to set it aside or are willing to hope he'd do the right thing out of personal reputation self-interest. The remaining NeverTrumpers don't have enough to be more than a pest. It would be wise to letthem say their piece and get a hearing, get voted down fair and square and move on. The Wrong Approach is the Romney squelch all dissent campaign like they pulled on the Ron Paul fols last time. Trump is smart enough to use this to show he is not a party tool. The most belligerent anti-Trumpers are not conservatives at all. If they were, they'd sign on to the Constitution Party's candidate, as they already have some ballot access and something resembling a structure.
