John Kasich and two other prominent Republicans said on the one-year anniversary of Donald Trumps announcement speech that they wont endorse him for president.
Kasich, who ran against Trump in the primary, was asked on MSNBC Thursday about the pledge he signed saying he would support the eventual nominee. Its painful, the Ohio governor said, NPR reports. Look Im sorry that this has happened. Well see where it ends up. Im not making any final decision yet, but at this point, I just cant do it.

Did Trump ever call Kasich a piece of shit? Not that I recall. He beat up on Kasich a little bit for NAFTA but that’s about it.
Do you understand an Article Five convention? It opens up the entire Constitution to rewrite.
It is 100% better and easier to do a simple amendment.
No, he just made fun of how he eats, now that’s an important policy point if you ask me.
The scope of what will be up for consideration can be determined prior to the call. I believe those items voted by the required number of states going into the Convention is it nothing else can be worked on
“The GOP is the voters.”
Like I said, the base.
No you didn't. You said:
The GOP has ceased to function as the voice of its base, and therefore there is no need for the GOP.
The GOP IS the base....so why are you done with the voters?
I understand it enough to know that's not true.
You: I understand it enough to know that's not true.
Here is:
Article V. Constitution of The United States of America.
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no State, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
You know it would be real nice if you cruzites, like you, would read the Constitution before deciding to follow fools, like yourselves, wanting to change what you have never read, never studied and have no knowledge of.
HA!
Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
(see my tagline)
You really think 3/4 of the state legislature would throw out the entire Constitution? How's that ERA deal working out for you? The moonbat states wouldn't even participate in drafting the amendments, never mind ratification.
The state governments are the ultimate check and balance on a tyrannical federal government.
I guess you think everything is just fine.
You really think you will get two thirds with only your ideas?
Can you tell me when the last time was that you got two thirds of the states to agree on any one thing never mind all of the different proposals that would be brought forward by a Convention of the States?
But, the dream is nice so enjoy yourself.
You from Maine, who did you support in the caucus?
Nope, but I do not waste my time chasing rainbows. The left can't get a simple amendment thru for any form of gun control, the right can't get thru any kind of simple term limits amendment and you think you are going to get 2/3rds to agree on your ideas? Good luck, but in between all the foolishness, why not prepare for Civil War. just in case the election is stolen from Donald or he is assassinated by the fbi on orders of the establishment.
If you think the GOP is the base, then there is nothing anyone can say to you. John McCain was vociferously opposed by the GOP base, and the only eventual support he got was because of Sarah Palin. Mitt Romney was opposed by the base, and he got his clock cleaned by someone he should have dominated without breaking a sweat. The base did not select either McCain or Romney, but the GOPe did, and shoved them down our throats. If the GOP truly represented the voice of its base, it would embrace Trump, who was the choice of the base (i.e., those poor schlubs who have for years pulled the lever for the mediocrities foisted upon them by the GOP; now, the base has had enough).
In the last California gubernatorial primary the base was behind Tim Donnolly, a Tea Party favorite.
Tim was fiercely opposed by the GOP establishment, who actually were claiming that a Tim Donnolly win would condemn the national GOP to losses all over the country.
The GOP establishment who were saying this included Mitt Romney, Condi Rice, Karl Rove, Darryl Issa, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved.
And who did these GOP heavyweights push for Governor?
Neel Kashkari. Self proclaimed Obama voter. Supporter of amnesty, abortion, gay marriage, gun control, Hindu. That’s their idea of the ideal candidate.
And people outside California wonder why we don’t elect even one Republican to a state office. The GOP forces leftwing fools like Kashkari on us.
Try to get your terms straight.
GOPe
Exactly. The GOPe is your enemy. They don't represent the GOP (base).
This has nothing to do with Congress.
LOL. I forgot about that. Globalist John is indeed a pig!
I don’t think you are following what I’m saying or you just feel like aggravating, in either case, I have work to do.
It's not my idea, it was the framers. (teaparty.org) Mark Levin.
Can you tell me when the last time was that you got two thirds of the states to agree on any one thing
Well, look at recent national election maps...like 2010.
never mind all of the different proposals that would be brought forward by a Convention of the States?
Never mind, they won't agree on all proposals. Some of them love the revenue sharing socialism.
You from Maine
All my adult life.
who did you support in the caucus?
Certainly not the ineligible Cubanadian, nor any of the other 16 losers.
The mark levin that supported illegal immigrant Rafael, Lyin' ted cruz? You'll have to do better than that. Levin's research is as shallow and emptry s the majority of obamites, heads. Here: Start doing your own research and quit following idiots like levin, beck and limbaugh. http://www.mainetv.net/cruz_file.htm
