Even as he contends that Trump has a right to challenge Judge Curiel, Alberto Gonzalez writes "Curiel is, reportedly, a member of a group called La Raza Lawyers of San Diego. Trump’s aides, meanwhile, have indicated that they believe Curiel is a member of the National Council of La Raza, a vocal advocacy organization that has vigorously condemned Trump and his views on immigration. The two groups are unaffiliated, and Curiel is not a member of NCLR."
HOWEVER:
La Raza Lawyers of California is most definitely affiliated with La Raza.
He's a member of the La Raza Lawyers of California aka the Latino Bar Association of California.

Loyalty, probably not. Enemies with a common goal possibly. The cartel’s are criminal organizations interested in money and power. La Raza is purely political interested in political power and Hispanic supremacy. They’ll co-exist as long as it’s mutually beneficial. The second it isn’t, La Raza will be hanging from a highway overpass.
Judge is a-skeered cuz HE is an Anchor Baby.

Judge Curiel. Thank you. Good afternoon. Senator
Blumenthal, thank you for presiding over this hearing. Thank you for the Ranking Member; Senator Lee also for being present.
Mostly I’d like to thank also President Obama for giving this honor to me, to my family. As I indicated previously, my parents came here from Mexico with a dream of providing their children opportunities and they’ve been able to do that with the opportunities that this country has to offer.
I’d like to thank Senator Boxer and Senator Feinstein for their support, for the Advisory Committee that recommended my name to Senator Boxer to pass forward. I’d like to take the time to introduce my family that was able to come today: my wife Trisha and my daughter Natalie.
Also, I’d like to acknowledge family members that weren’t able to attend that were not able to travel here. That includes my brother in Indiana, Raul, my sister in Ohio, Maria, my father-in-law, Thomas Yamauchi, and a host of friends who are watching on the webcast.
Thank you for this distinction, this honor. With that, I’ll conclude.

Evidently. It has been widely reported and repeated by EVERYONE to have an opinion about Trump and his rashness that he “shoots from the hip” and is not cautious.

Curiel, to recuse himself because of what Garten called “animosity toward Mr. Trump and his views.”
Furhtermore:
In New York, Trump has filed an ethics complaint against Schneiderman in connection with the case, which is seeking $40 million in damages.
“The Attorney General is getting crushed.” Garten said. “The case has now been shrunk from six claims to two.”
“The only thing they have prevailed upon is the licensing issue.... That is usually dealt with at the administrative level and usually doesn’t even result in a fine,” he added.
La Raza is a mexican KKK. I understand why it’s tolerated, but it’s wrong.
