Federal records reveal that Clinton swapped these highly classified names on an email account that was vulnerable to attack and was breached repeatedly by Russia-linked hacker attempts. These new revelations — reminiscent of the Valerie Plame scandal during George W. Bush’s tenure — could give FBI investigators the evidence they need to make a case that Clinton violated the Espionage Act by mishandling national defense information through “gross negligence.”

Yes, Clinton was required to report the breach if classified info was sent to her, unsolicited.
But, if she had any kind of agreement with her staff to forward emails to her from State, she could be charged with conspiracy. Unfortunately, she could duck that charge by throwing her staff under the bus and saying she didn’t mean “classified” emails.
However, there is a email thread in which she explicitly directed someone to remove the classification headers from a document on a secure system, and send it to her.
She knew they were classified... she knew.

Except that, when Valarie Plame Wilson was “outed” to Bob Novak by Richard Armitage, she was a desk jockey at CIA HQ in Langley. Her husband’s Who’s Who bio entry revealed her true identity, and allowed Novak to deduce her background in the intelligence community.
