ICHMOND, Va. -- The debate over whether transgender students should be able to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity is likely headed to the U.S. Supreme Court after a federal appeals court refused Tuesday to reconsider a three-judge panel's ruling on the matter.
The Gloucester County School Board had asked for a review by the full 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals after a three-judge panel said in a 2-1 decision last month that a Virginia high school discriminated against a transgender teen by forbidding him from using the boy's restroom.
In his dissent of Tuesday's decision denying the school board's request for full-court review, Judge Paul V. Niemeyer urged the school board to ask the high court to hear the case, saying the "momentous nature" of the topic "deserves an open road to the Supreme Court."
"Bodily privacy is historically one of the most basic elements of human dignity and individual freedom. And forcing a person of one biological sex to be exposed to persons of the opposite biological sex profoundly offends this dignity and freedom," Niemeyer wrote.

It is possible to stop anarchists from destroying the foundations of morality by confronting them directly and absolutely. These kinds of outrage can only occur in an environment of moral ambiguity. Where moral standards are maintained absolutely there is no safe space for the practices of the immoral.
Abortion, promiscuity, pornography - these are clear moral transgressions. They must be opposed dynamically by an uncompromising and unified population. Instead, they are celebrated as the highest expression of a “mature and sophisticated” people.
Send in the Muslims.
A Muslim man makes his daughter cover herself but the cover is removed in the bathroom/locker room in the presence of other women. Allowing a man in the bathroom puts the favored Tranny allies in direct conflict with the favored Muslims.
Why would they forbid a boy from using the boy's bathroom? Just a bit confusing.
At least this judge thinks it should go directly to the Supreme Court, although that should probably wait until a new justice is appointed.
In the meantime, it might be a good idea for parents to think about other options for their kids’ education this summer. Why should their kids have to cater to one person’s mental illness?
The trans movement has done itself no favors by focusing on gender. If they had chosen instead to serve society...
Why not transition into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot? A couple of lithium batteries and maybe a multiport charging station and you would be very popular. You could have an Asus where your anus used to be.
Maybe, a Keurig dispenser? Transition into one of those and give Starbucks some competition.
We could avoid all those confusing pronouns like, shizzle and hummer.
Transition into a gumball dispenser if you like kids! Who could object?
I imagine one could become a room fragrance diffuser with a little help from science. There must be many transitions possible, I haven’t thought of, which society would benefit from.

somewhere recently there was an interview with a high school boy that wanted to use the girls so he wouldn’t get beat up for beings of the trans gender mind
it occurred to me that what now must happen is that he get beaten up by the girls in the girls.

I have one of those. He's not allowed out of class during passing period. He has to use the restroom when it's empty.
I should clarify - he doesn’t “identify” as a girl. He’s very, very aggressive with the girls.

When they use goofy language like this, I suspect this is a girl who wishes she had something she was not born with. Unfortunately a lot of mentally ill people will pay a price before this nation comes to its senses.

There’s already the stories of people who say they are animals, the dogs being homosexual young men, one story of a teenager from the Nordic being a cat.
And there is the 52 year old father of 7 who says he’s a six year old girl. Will this liberal logic mean he gets to enroll in kindergarten, while earning a living plowing snow?
