Today at 11:00 PM EDT, polls in the last primary held in May - Washington State - will close.
Primaries in both Republican and Democratic contests.
Thanks for that!

Who’s Cruz?
Hillary being crushed by The Bern in a blowout.
Can she win? She’s struggling - unless its stolen for her.
The state GOP convention dominated by Cruz supporters - rammed through a slate of Cruz delegates.
However, in tonight primary, WA will go big for Trump and they’ll be legally bound to vote for him on the first ballot - at the convention in Cleveland.
Life can be funny.
And Cruz wont be there to pay for their hotel rooms and to buy them a steak. They get to pay their own expenses and will be obligated to vote for Trump.
“No. The personal preferences of the delegates dont count.”
Thanks for the info. So what we have here is more sCruze nonsense with he and his minions simply pi$$ing in the pot. This man should never again get the opportunity for national office. He is just a petty little Cuban transplant who think that the rules don’t apply to him, or that he can pull and Obama and simply subvert or ignore them. Texas, you should be ashamed to have thrust this worthless turd onto the national stage.
They chose delegates that want Cruz - their preference doesn’t count for first round - they’re trying to stack the deck for shenanigans at the convention but Trump should be solid by then unless they throw an actual coup....
BTTT!
Pinging Baynative.
Oh yeah?
When I was supporting Cruz, you called me an a$$hole. {*grin*}
OK, you're forgiven :-)
All the delegates have to support Trump on the first ballot if he wins today’s primary and goes into the convention either with 1,237 or very close. It’s all moot because he’ll already have 1,237 before the convention.
Nah, not you. Generically speaking, maybe close, but never that! :)
Cruz is still up to his garbage because he wants to influence the platform and get a prime time speaking slot. He’s wrong on both accounts. The little weasel has no intention of supporting Trump so he might as well stay at home.
We must all stick together now, the stakes are too high!
#neverhillary
I’m pretty sure that we here in Washington state have the system where it goes by percentage per district so it might be a mix and mash rather than 100%.
And the democrats DO vote today as well - although the primary results for them have no say in how their delegates need to vote.
One of the big things is that the names are recorded as either democrat or Republican - so it gives a list of people to contact in the fall to remind them to vote.
The former candidate that is trying to snake the nomination out from under Trump.
Green Papers Trump : 1176 plus Washington 44 makes 1220. 17 short. Note proportional with 20% threshold. Cruz got 16.7% and Kasich 16.0% in Oregon. If Washington is like that, Trump will get all 44.
With 1234, If Ben Carson could give his 7 to trump... 1241... Turn out the lights ladies and gentlemen. Put this in the book...
