Newt will NOT help the ticket. I love Newt, but not for VP. He would hurt the ticket.

2. Too much baggage
3. Sat on a couch with Nancy Pelosi
4. Had to resign in disgrace as speaker
5. Trump won’t allow someone else to be in charge
6. Asked his wife to sign divorce papers on her death bed. (I know it’s not true, but when did that stop liberals or the media)

Trump will win because of Trump. Trump is popular and won the most votes in a Republican primary, ever, because people are voting for Trump. Period.
Romney could not deliver Michigan.
Ryan could not deliver Wisconsin.
Edwards did not deliver N Carolina.
Gore did not deliver Tennessee.
Fact is, people do not make the decision to vote based on the bottom of the ticket. Presidential candidates should just pick whoever they get along with and think can do the job well.

How many times in 100 years has the veep been someone good to take over? Other than Truman? I think most people are looking for the veep being someone that could take over anytime. The argument is always about the person being ready i.e. Quayle, Palin, Ryan just to name a few. I think Cheney and Biden did what they where supposed to do and add a little reassurance to the tickets. I think Trump needs this, plus someone with pull in DC as far as little helpful tricks of the trade. A governor, young congressman or affirmative action pick won’t do it. I’m for Newt, Sessions or Demint. Maybe others that fit the bill but I’m not concentrating super hard on it.

I agree. Trump will not have many friends in D.C. when he is sworn in, and it is certain that he will be a controversial president. The odds that he will be impeached are much higher than usual.

It is obvious, OBVOUS that the Dems and the National LIberal media is going full court press against having Newt being names as VP in July. Why are they so scared of a Trump/Gingrich ticket? It is obvious. Because while they will continue to attempt to use their useless fake talking points against them, they know deep down they will be TOAST. Why else would the online trolls be working overtime to attempt to stop Newt from being VP? Something is very off with all the Newt haters all of a sudden.
Why? They have their trolls all over social media decrying the reasons why Newt shouldn’t be VP. It’s one thing if they are neutral, or not engaged. Instead it is the opposite. The liberals are screeching that there is no way Newt can be VP, because this, because that, and of course because of this. Also, Romney is LIVID that Newt might get on the ticket. Even though Newt was a true Patriot after Romney won the primary and supported Romney day in and day out, Romney is a hater and cannot stand the fact that Newt might be on the ticket. But We the People and polls say otherwise.
Newt has been a Trump VP front runner for many for the past several months. Gingrich is the favorite on Predictwise at 31%. The comes Joni Ernst at 11%. Kasich, Christie, and Condi Rice(!) are all at 4%.
A great majority have been favoring Newt as VP for months now. The Republican Convention is in July. When can Trump officially announce who his running mate is? The LEFT is already coming unglued with the thought of Newt becoming VP.
