You bet! The pressure cookers we have are electric. There are lots of great EPC recipes in that cookbook. Enjoy!
I love the time savings and ease of the EPC.
Yes, Ind. is beautiful too. I loved living there in Brown Co.
Back in the 1990s they figured out how to make ones that didn’t explode. This is long after the moon walk.
Have seen both. Weather is AWESOME no matter where you live.
Thanks
Yes, WV is steeper and wilder in the hills. You can find yourself completely overshadowed by mountains and you feel sheltered from the world. Trees too. We have more trees than anyplace I’ve ever been. N.C. and VA have expansive mountains. The Appalachians are huge in height and width. The area covered by N.W. N.C.,East TN, Eastern KY, and Eastern WV is unmatched for beauty.(except for the Tetons).
That is a special treasure of a day!
That is a great idea
GO TRUMP
Here is the reminder again for a site where you can find all things Trump on one page. Even his tweets. Schedules, videos of his every appearance, contacts, etc.

Thank you, I knew I needed a book but there are so many I didn’t know which book to get. My daughter gave me all sorts of recipes but we don’t eat the same stuff they do. I was looking for ordinary food and this looks good.
Can the recipes be converted to a stovetop pressure cooker?
I got a stovetop version in case we have economic collapse, and our electric goes out (I have a propane stove + a wood cook stove). We also went Galt because of the same plus we’re sick of supporting the fascist beast. Now, Trump might make all this unnecessary!
Thanks so much!
I appreciate that!
Yeah, when we scouted all the places you mentioned, we definitely noticed that pastureland was hard to find in WV! It’s like settlers marched right by WV and moved onto other areas, LOL! I got the feeling of being back in time, before ‘progress’ ruined everything.
I agree. All of his rich buddies and their spouses, etc. could each give $2500 (or whatever the individual limit is now).
We moved from CA and I know that marine layer you speak of. It is beautiful. I’m more of a mountain person, but spent time in all the beauty CA had to offer. Death Valley was amazing too.
The ‘smoke’ here settles between the ridges, really emphasizing the multiple ridges, one after another. I never saw that in the Sierras. But having the oldest, tallest, and biggest (volume, my beloved Giant Sequoias) is something special.
I hope Trump can try to save the state...
I worked in a kitchen store for a while but that was in the early 80s, they used to have people come in and demonstrate small appliances so they could sell more. One day a man came to do a pressure cooker demonstration and show everyone how safe the new models were then. He did this whole talk about the safety features and how they couldn’t explode. Then he would remove the top jiggler at pressure without releasing any pressure to show how safe they were! The crowd would get back as if they were ready to flee! It made a noise between a whistle and a moan but never even popped the rubber safety plug. He would keep right on talking. We sold a lot of pressure cookers after that demo.
One of my daughters left the kitchen while cooking beans in one of those safe pressure cookers and it got so much pressure it started screaming out the top, the jiggler stayed on. I ran to the stove and turned off the heat but that thing shot bean juice all over my kitchen! It didn’t explode but literally sprayed bean juice like a paint sprayer. It did not blow out the safety plug! Cleaned bean juice oh my what a mess and it would come back. I painted and still it gradually comes back (I should have primered it!) and I have to repaint the kitchen ceiling every couple of years to this day.
What pressure cooker are you dear ladies talking about? Is it that electic one?
Many of them would but the times might be different. The electric models you can pressure in them and then go to slow cooker setting so you would have to adjust for those recipes but I bet you could figure it out.
Thanks, I’ve wrote the site down to refer to in the future.
